I cant complain since Ive found some of my favorite shoes here. Its just the employees do not care at all. Even if you look distressed, they will not ask you if you need anything. But hey, you sometimes just have to expect that when what you are going for is lowest cost. They have both brand name and non brand name shoes so there is a pretty good price range. They also have a clearance section in the back and a few accessories like socks and purses. There are both mens and womens shoes and plenty of sneakers! Join the rewards program and you can probably expect to get $10 off most shoes you buy, if you time it right.

Visited with my wife a few days ago and she was "helped" by a couple of workers. The first worker asked what she was looking for, told her "oh yeah there are a few of those around here", then promptly walked away. The second worker was similarly not helpful, telling my wife that if she cant find the shoes she was looking for, that she can order them online, then promptly walked away as well, not even trying to help her find the shoes she was trying to find to begin with.

I love their shoe selection, but I dont think their prices are that great for their regularly priced shoes. However you can catch their clearance shoes at killer deals! They also have a club you can sign up for in which you will earn points for purchases made that you can get discounts off future purchases. Also they will email you discounts for your birthday.
