Had a horrible experience today. Desiree, one of the customer service representatives behaved very unprofessionally. I needed some lining material and had been waiting for a long time for someone to help me with it since I was having a tough time trying to find the correct aisle. Desiree had been standing near the counter for quite sometime (please note that she was not helping any customer then) and I had been attempting to speak to her. She ignored me completely then. I gave up and continued my search. Then after a while I saw her roaming around and asked her if she can tell me where the cotton linings are located. She showed me some satin lining material and walked away. I thought she was trying to look for it in some other aisle but she just disappeared without saying a word. I waited for around 15 mins for her until I grabbed the satin lining and headed near the counter waiting for my token number to be announced. Another lady at the counter really helped me and I appreciate that. Now to add to all this Desiree taunted me on my way back. How worst can it be? I understand that at times the representatives are busy with something in which case they can simply say, "Mam I am busy at this point but can get back to you in sometime" or "I will have someone else assist you" or "Sorry, no one can help" rather than showing such arrogance and indifference. I cant believe people can be so rude and unprofessional. I talked to the store manager but she didnt have much time to listen to the full story. Though I still appreciate when she said she will talk to her.

Gaye or Gale whoever cuts fabric is the rudest most miserable person I have ever met. I overheard her telling another customer that the reason its so busy right now is because of Halloween and that "those people" dont ever EVER sew in a super judge-mental tone. I was here today to buy Halloween costume material. I found that offensive and unprofessional. I was here last week too and heard her being rude to another customer. They asked her for advice on how much fabric to cut and Gaye told them, "I dont know its not my project." Very inconsiderate, unhelpful, and just plain rude. Dissatisfied with this store because of her. I try to avoid coming to this location.

The staff is very friendly, but the store is very poorly stocked. They never have the full range of products for most things. For somethings its truely pitiful. If you need help or advise its a good place to go. If you know what you want you would be better off at the Dublin store. That store is very well stocked.

If you avoid the obvious busy times: the nights before Halloween, etc., the wait at the cutting counter is tolerable. Most cashiers will take the time to help you with your coupons to make sure you get the best deal. I always manage to find something I cant live without!

My wife loves Jo-Ann, but this store is not up to par. Its always dirty, the décor is dated, and they dont carry much inventory- theres never more than 3-4 of anything. They have great prices though, you wont be disappointed there.
