Ive been shopping at the Fairfield Store for many many moons now. At first, when I wasnt familiar with the layout of the store, having the employees sneak up on me and offer assistance was great. As I became aware of the locations of my most used needs, the offers of assistance declined and I appreciated this. Now when I visit my local Home Depot, the majority of the longer existing employees tend to recognize me and leave me to my own wanderings. I have tried other companies in FF and in VV but I always end up back at my local HD for all of my needs. Today, If I ever needs an Item for my home or office, I can be in and out of the store (depending on the heft of my purchase) fairly quick do to my infinite knowledge of product locations in FF I can (and often do) instruct my friends and family on the locations of various supplies and services within HD, and no one that I send there is disappointed in the least bit. KUDOS to the FF store for making my home improvement needs and experience a rewarding one.... YOU ALL ROCK

In July I bought a Ridgid 7 piece cordless toolset which included a reciprocating saw, circular saw, hammer drill, impact gun, flashlight, two batteries, a charger and a bag to hold it all for $399. The sales representative for the stated that the Home Depot offer insurance for an additional $60 and that is there any problems with the tools over three years I could bring them in again replaced. While I was working on a job one of the holding pens in the chopped of the drill fell out. Brought it back to Home Depot and the lady at the front desk stated that they were going to have to send in the drill for repair. I told her that these tools have of a lifetime warranty and while it has bought the insurance if they are blessed are the same thing lifetime warranty does. I wound up having to talk to the manager and he replaced the drill immediately. I like Home Depot but Ill never purchase their insurance again.

Im astounded that a company would allow their workers, their supervisors, to partake in the theft of a beloved animal and wont do a single thing to have the animal returned. This woman was wronged by having her things and her animal stolen from her, and now that her things have been returned and the culprit arrested YOU and YOUR workers are keeping her animal from her, despite knowing that it was not her fault the animal was stolen. I am disgusted with your entire company and its behavior in this matter.

Quick,efficient,helpful,very well organized, several employees were being of service to me. The self check clerk was a really great help, when helping me check out! Im a first time user! Lol!! Great store to shop at. Go Home Depot!! Job well done!!

Its always hot inside. The parking lot is cramped. The staff is ridiculous. Most of them have no clue about what you are asking. I had to return 4 times for a plumbing part that they still never got right and so I just gave up and went to Lowes.

Nothing bad to report on this store. Everyone did their jobs great. They were friendly, helpful, and genuine good attitudes. Manager always has the customer in mind and was a good guy as far as I could tell.

They never have in stock what their inventory shows. And their customer service in the lumber section is slower than ever. Frustrating every time i come to any home depot for lumber

One time I decicded it was a gewd idea to drink cement from there so later after i did that i couldnt brath and got lung cancer and later i ate pizza and interal coimbustion

Most of the younger employees have no experience with diy/handyman and seem to be offended at times when asking a simple question, like where a certain, specific, item is.

A typical Home Depot store. Plenty of supply of essentially everything youd need for tool and home repair. They have a decent little auto section as well.
