WORST Home Depot EVER!!! First, every store success is behind their customer service, well, expect a terrible and super poor customer service!!! Not just that they can NOT provide help, but also suck at being friendly. Second, usually cashiers know basics of math and numbers, well not this stores cashiers!! For example a female cashier named, Kamariya has no idea/knowledge of math at all!! How can they expect a loyal customer to shop again?? I live in Union City, but I go to either Fremont or Hayward Home Depot, I dont mind putting extra miles on my car, however I do mind how people treat me. Hayward which is in pretty "bad" area provides much better customer service and they are much friendly and nice than Home Depot in Union City. Cashiers have a very important task and duties, they should provide a great service, since they are making the last impression and do whatever it take to bring that customer again, well not this Home Depot, in particular in this cashier, Kamariya!

It just amazes me when I read other customer reviews that state this store has the WORST customer service. I am retired with 20+ retail management experience . Customer service is number one with every retailer however there are just some customers who come in already negative. Those customers are the most impatient, rude and impossible to give positive and experienced customer service. However...I am at the Union City Home Depot at least once a week if not more. My experience has always been wonderful. Associates in their departments are extremely knowledgeable and can multi-task by greeting the next customer! keep up the great work Union City!

The service of their appliance department is horrible. I ordered a wall mount LG oven with them and after waited for one month, I was told that I need to wait ANOTHER month for my oven! If I was told at the time I placed the order, I will definitely NOT order it with them. This is ridiculous to wait for two months to get an oven, and simply they can NOT deliver their order in time. Just go to Lowes or Sears for your appliance.

I have been customer in home depot for more than 15 years and I ax m pretty sure that as more customers they as worse they are men people work there are lazy with no education they always just walking around the store doing nothing unfortunately that the only stores to buy our stuff what a shame

I am doing some remodeling on my daughters house so had not been to the Union City store. Everyone was soooo helpful and I quickly had expert help on several projects. I was especially impressed when Juan and Angel offered to assisted me loading a large order in my car. Thank you so much!

Good customer service from Paint dept. Home depot guys try to help us out by suggesting what kind of paints we must use on wood, cement, walls, fence etc. They also help to chose other tools required for the first time painters.

Better organized than Lowes and cheaper prices. This place is for DIY people so dont expect to get any help, it will take a while for one. Help to do your projects are just outside the entrance/exit doors.
