Dont select and load items for drop off at this restore - just take it to the landfill. They will not even look at it if it isnt in brand new shape. This is a change in policy. While they state that they want usable items and want to serve as an alternative to just bringing it to a landfill, they dont mean it. They sent me to the landfill with 3 4x8 sheets of half inch plywood, 25 feet of flexible drainage line, 15 feet of solid drain line, 75 feet of screen frame, and a bunch of other usable wood and other materials. They had very little of any of that material (7 feet of solid drain pipe and one screen frame) in their restore. I have shopped the restore since it was in the Depot. The best part of what it has to offer is the discounted prices on used, usable goods. It is too bad that they are walking away from that model.

Incredible people. Volunteering with them is better than any job, better than any gym for working the muscles, better than anything you have in mind to help the community. Even though they are decent sized affiliate they produce housing for those in need. Leading the way in cutting edge energy designed homes, this organization gets it done. They will always have my vote and help.

Rolling inventory, sometimes they dont have much some times they have just what you want. You have to keep going back to see what else has been donated.
