First of all I like cause of this organization, but what I didnt want are they charging too much for the items they are selling that they received from donation from the community. I saw a set of leather couches which they were selling for $ 2999 excluded from the discount the store offered; this set were not even beautiful enough buy and were old. If I have a money, Id rather go to the mall and buy a gorgeous couch and new. People who most often go that store are people who dont have much money and many are in need, and the store price the item that high. I also had an experience that I went there about one hour after the store opened and there was a $7.99/bag promo written at the board, so I asked for a bag from a lady, and after fitting the clothes and finding stuff that would be useful for our house, I checked out. Guess what the lady on the cashier said, the store didnt have $7.99/bag and they only offer 50% discount, and the $7.99/bag was for previous day ( I dont go there everyday to know that the offer was for the previous day. What I do whenever I visit the store is read the board before I shop). What the heck is that? They should have changed what was written on the board before they even opened. I insisted that when I came it said that there was $7.99/bag written on the board, and that same lady was the person who gave me the plastic bag and other workers and the manager saw me filling the plastic bag and didnt say anything to let us know that they change the promo. Do you think the store accept their mistake? No, the price was not given to the customer. No way I would come back to that store.

I thought they are charity organizaton.They charge arms and legs for items they spend nothing. By the way I notice some appliances at the back of the store that appear suspecious. They are fairly new and in great condition. Large wall microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves etc. Who would donates those items in considerable number? My gut feeling is that someone is breaking in to the foreclosed homes, take away those appliances and sell them to Mission Solano store owner. Walk in to the back of the store, and see for yourselves. And the price: matches any local store. Looks like someone is getting rich in the name of charity!! Salvation army as a charity stores never charge tax on the merchandizes they sell. Mission Solano does. Can anyone explain why?

The store is great when youre looking for odds and ends as in my case the prices are decent the staff is great as far as the employees some of the managers do need to take classes on how to deal with General Public Ive had a couple bad experiences with some of the management for example I walked in 15 minutes before the store closed and I had a manager tell me to leave because they had enough customers there I would understand if he would have done it politely but he was very rude and look very frustrated if he cant handle the position than he shouldnt be in that position otherwise I love the way they help to community

mission solano is a place full of compassion and is ran by the generous staff led by Gods word and offering Gods word to help restart peoples lives while in a time of need.. Many aspects people may not know is the many angles in which this organization operates touches everyone who is suffering.. Woman with children.. Substance abuse.. Veterans.. Battered woman.. And the homeless and needy of solano county... Mission Solano helped me rebuild my life and restored my sanity and led me in a path to find Jesus as my Savior!!

Surprisingly impressed with the amount of items in the store. Organized well. They had a bit of just about everything you would need for your home and then some. The rooms were packed full yet the layout was comfortable and shoppable. When you first walk in there is a huge painted mural on the wall reaching up to the ceiling and around the front door. A very talented artist! Created good energy. Very rare it is to park and be able to walk into a business without being subjected to second hand smoke!

I appreciate that this store ACTUALLY HELPS the public who are in need. Ive watched Mission Solano grow over the last 20 years and witnessed multiple people benefit from their many services. This is why I only donate to Mission Solano. The store is exceptionally clean for a second hand store as well as very organized. They have a large selection of goods to choose from and the staff are very helpful. Happy Shopping

I love this store i bought most of my things for my apartment and the items i bought are always been new but the prices have gone way up since they have new management now and they are pricing their things way to high they are not as busy as they use too be and i have bought many of my outfits here new but you still can find items at a good price if you take your time other than that i love the store

This store has a nice selection of quality stuff! I went in when clothes were on sale and I was able to find really nice clothing for cheap. There is always something fun and unique. The only critique I have is the fitting rooms were closed and I had to take turns with other people to try on a limit of 3 things in the restroom at a time.

Great place to find those hidden treasures. They are a little pricey so utilize their sales. Place looks small from the outside but its huge once you get inside. Good cause.

Most of their stuff is over priced but between their 50 cent dvds (or $2 per tv season!) and how they always give my kids a free book, I love shopping here!
