Clean and well organized, but DO NOT DONATE BOOKS AT THIS FACILITY. Books are carelessly dumped into an outdoor bin and damaged. Donate books to a local library where they will be stored properly until sold. Neatly packed bags of books I donated were upended and the books (some of them valuable) were shaken out and dumped into a bin. Two weeks later I donated a box of neatly stacked books. Asked the attendant to please keep them in the box. He took the box from me, said "I do it the way the rules say", walked over to the bin, upended the box and dumped the books extra harshly. There was no need for rude behavior here.

One of the bigger and better Goodwill stores that Ive been to. For the most part, a friendly staff (theres someone new here and there but thats expected). The stuff thats stocked is a nice mix. A lot of seasonal business donations (so the item is still technically "new"), a few donated gems (for me theyre new skeins of luxury yarns), and an upscale locked cabinet. Pros: -On El Camino -Big parking lot -Public available restroom!!! -Cashiers pay attention to the discount "color of the week" Cons: -Crowded

I agree with "Way overpriced Junk." Their furniture is ridiculously overpriced, and you can definitely buy something new (and better) at Wal Mart or Target. Lots of broken, weak and wobbly furniture. I couldnt believe it. The store itself is big, and they have lots of things on display, but I dont really feel like its a quality store.

Its fine. Mom has to visit whenever in town. So close to the one off Murphy, so we visit both. Probably more open than the Murphy location. Easier to park here. But really just another Goodwill that I wouldnt place above or below any other. Should probably fact check that to see how I rated another location, but I wont...

Its a messy place & workers do not ask if u need help to find things u maybe looking for.but,most importantly the PRICES ARE STILL TO HIGH ON USED STUFF. ("for ensample,a office (used) chair ,the p rice is 21.00$ ,it should be 12.00$ to 15.00$.) Please help bring prices down.THANK U.

donation station is kind of a free-for-all sometimes, but you can be in and out pretty quickly. it pays to not be too attached to the things you are donating because sometimes the workers there will help by dumping things unceremoniously into the donation crates.

Well organized but prices are a little higher than expected. For example, paperback books are 99 cents but I found better prices at the Discovery Shop in Los Altos and pay only 50 cents. Same with baskets and plastic cups. At least $1 more at Goodwill.

We love the idea of direct recycling anyway, and the product range of the Silicon Valley Goodwills resembles the big money that lives here: top brands in top condition for really nice prices helping the employees - a win for everyone!

Meh, Ive definitely been to better Goodwill. The selection of home goods was extremely limited and the clothes were even more mixed up than the typical thrift store, I left dissaponted I could not find a single thing I wanted to buy.

Management very rude they treat workers like garbage..beware its not a non profit its a not for profit so in reality no homeless get stuff.i see a woman beg for a used jacket and they said go away thats messed up

Back open and completely remodeled. Still a lot of new merchandise so can be a touch pricier, but their selection is excellent and with the new layout its so much easier to find what youre looking for!
