Useless. Had a huge pile of working useful items and they take none of it. The one thing they took was a computer that I would be surprised if it could load this web site. No wonder I havent found anything good at a good will in over a decade. If you have clothes, dump them in one of the bins all over the city.

I appreciate that THIS Goodwill prices most like items the same (ex: all jeans 7.99). I cant stand when the other stores pricing is all over the place. Minus a star because the clothes are organized by color not size. I kept finding nice things that were too big or too small... disappointing.

I love thrift shopping, but really dont often find anything here. Prices are high. Sales are few. But what I find most off-putting is the way the clothing is sorted by color rather than size. On the plus side: staff is nice and friendly.

The staff are friendly. The store is not overly crowded with people or things for sale, so browsing is easy. My main complaint is that both driveway exits force you to go south on Mowry, and turning around takes quite a bit of time.

Nice staff. Very poor selection. Half of the shelves were empty. Odd considering the donation center is next door. Also not a fan of the new pricing. I prefer individual pricing on items. Cleaner than most goodwills.

The intent and purpose of Goodwill good. Its an opportunity for the more fortunate to repurpose clothing and home goods that still have life and can be a blessing to others. I find the staff very helpful and kind.

Staff is friendly. It may look pretty to have all clothing sorted by style and color, but it is time consuming for the customer when Goodwill doesnt further sort by size. Please sort clothing racks by size also.
