7/7/14 Terrible terrible terrible!!! On four (4) different visits over a period of about two (2) years!!!! 1. Greedy greedy greedy. They will find a way to scam you out of your money. For instance, instead of giving me a cup to pour my own coffee in the lobby, HE will scam you with double espresso--- AND THEN water it down! Water coffee is what they serve, at a charge of $2.45/regular size cup---more expensive than STARBUCKS! For coffee water?! 2. The third visit (week and a half ago), after hours, only drive-through open. I knocked on the window with my ring; HE heard me, but IGNORED ME!??! Twice!! Incredible!! 3. Then, fourth time, HE (Dragon) smiles and bows obsequiously, but plots plans schemes scams you out of money (EVERY TIME!). Fakir. Terrible terrible terrible attitude. Lose business. My Friends have been advised!! 4. Obstructive Chinese Dragon. tsk tsk tsk

Incredibly nice staff and workers. I was told by several sources they sell vegan donuts, but the woman didnt even know what vegan was. They dont have any egg/milk/honey/lard free donuts. Bought Chinese noodles (chow mein with no meat) because I felt bad if I left without buying anything. It was okay. The red sauce stained my teeth. Tasted old, but still good. Just not great.

The woman who runs Happy Donuts is incredibly friendly and the donuts are fantastic. Theyve won Best of Humboldt for the last few years for a good reason. Theyve also got warm food, Boba tea, and other beverages. Their selection of donuts is good, but I have been there a couple times where theyve run out of most varieties due to demand.

Owner is out of town..says they close a 5 but went in at 5:45 not knowing door was still open and they waited on us...prices on the board not the same as what was charged..I think they made them up as they went..one dozen doughnuts and two smoothies $29.00 I was a bit in shock...I think the owner needs to come back!!!

Tried the Chinese food and it made me sick. It was disgusting. Ill never eat here again. It doesnt even deserve 1 star. Im from the Central Valley. Thats where you find authentic and delicious food.

Good stuff. Homemade. Kinda expensive as they just make up the price and dont type it into the register. Can you says scamming the owner! But its good and open at 4am. Maple bacon ftw

Good donuts, waaaay to expensive. Ordered a dozen, wasnt informed of the price increase with my option choices, making ONE dozen donuts $15!!! Ouch! Theyre good but not that good

The Donuts are more expensive than WinCo, but the staff is so polite and friendly. They make you feel at home.

Best doughnuts from here to Montana. Definitely best in Emerald Triangle. Especially maple doughnuts.
