Im so disappointed and frustrated.I felt I was being ripped off. I shopped at this store on Thursday afternoon 05/12/16. I spent over $100 on my kids clothing and a pair of shoes. I needed a formal outfit for my son to wear on the weekend. When I got home, I took all the clothes to wash; then I realized the shoes were damaged. I brought the shoes back the same day in the evening for exchange. I got to the store, I couldnt find my the receipt so I ask if I can exchange items without it. They told me "yes you can if you pay with card, we can look it up". I thought its great I used my card as credit. I got another pair of shoes to exchange, they told me I cant exchange it because it was damaged. I told them I needed to exchange these shoes because they were damaged. I believed they had been used. The manager tolde me that I cant get the exchange or credit because no receipt but didnt they just told me they can look up in their system? She ( the manager ) keep saying the shoes had been used and damaged and I told her I just bought it this afternoon and I found that out when i got home. She said without the receipt and it damaged I cant return; its a policy. She said if the shoes where damage, it should had been notified on the the tag and the cashier should have written a note on the tag. Well... none of those had happened. I said part of it was my fault not to fully inspect the shoes before I buy it. Someone put those shoes back to the shelf without written note on the tag.I asked her what happens if I come back the next day with the receipt? She told me its not guarantee that I be able to get the exchange. Then why ask for the receipt from the first time? Im confused. My question is how the shoes got back to shelf sell from the first place if they wont do the return nor exchange? Someone didnt do their job right and it caused me this problem. I felt being ripped off right in front of eyes, frustrated, disappointed, didnt get what I paid for, and wasted my time. I learned my lesson. I would not go back to that store again. I buy shoes for my kids every 3-4 months. Ill shop somewhere else that doesnt get me frustrated and disappointed.

Place is clean and employees were helpful. While shipping with my husband it makes it hard because he couldnt walk in and out of the fitting room to exchange other clothes with me. But the employee at the fitting room helped me took what I didnt want and took what I wanted back to my husband and brought me back other dresses to try on. Second around I needed the employees help again but she was on the other room hanging up unwanted clothes. A very nice customer took my clothes I didnt want and gave it to the employee and gave what I wanted to my husband and she also brought me back more to try. I settle for a outfit and then went on for shoes. Found exactly what I needed. This store provides a lot, you just have to have the time to look around. At checkout, the register/cashier lady name Christine was very joyful and nice. She answer question I had about a shoe I was getting incase I needed to retire as there was some noticeable marks on it. Overall I really like it there and all the employees.

PLEASE READ ME BEFORE YOU GO SHOPPING HERE. BUYER BEWARE AT ANY Burlington! If you go home and wash your purchases and they shrink, THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK. Its COMPANY POLICY. One day, after buying $ 100+ worth of clothing, I had to return because everything shrunk. Their products did not match was I tried on in the fitting room and bought. You know what they said I could do with these shrunk clothes? They said I could "donate it". Donate it?! I wonder if corporate cares if they lost me forever as a customer? Tell your friends and family. Burlington doesnt refund your money if their products are faulty. You know why they are "just Burlington" now? Cuz now they are just like all the other lackluster stores like Ross and Marshalls.

My brother was accused of stealing from one of their employees and AFTER several times of continuingly shopping there AFTER the incident the lady randomly banned him for defending himself (and yes he raised his voice) but who wouldnt in the frustration of being falsely accused. I strongly believe he was being discriminated against for his skin color and if I were you WOULD NOT come here (again). Plus the top brand named items are FAKE.

It was nice ... until I seen a manager being a little bossy to her workers.. Learn to be nice to those that work for you they will make your shift smoother there job would be easier of she wasnt pushing her weight so much and loud enough for customers to here.. but other than that the store was quiet like I like it and still have nice stuff.. But please do something with that manager older lady with black hair.. thanks thats all..

It was messy and disorderly the customer service is really poor and the register didnt work well, some of the items didnt have tags on them and the clerk had to keep leaving to the counter to check the prices. The other customers were getting angry because it was uncomfortably hot and muggy in that building. There was no handicap line or random seating except for the one very small seat in the shoe area.

Selection is fairly limited (at least for whatever I was shopping for), store is typically busy at the checkout, and there seems to be a general feeling of disorganization. However, the prices are pretty reasonable and if you can find what you want then it is worth the trip.

Clerks dont want to wait on people, big line. Slow as hell. Had a return but where it said returns they sent me to the regular checkout line; then they waited in others. Two guys left the store without paying and Nobody did anything! Never will go back in that store.

I liked how big the store is and the wide isles. The section i was looking for was kind of hard to find since they labeled every rack as the same. There is a big men section and baby section. Only two fitting rooms. Great prices.

I like this place has some cute stuff at a good price. I gave only 4 stars because there is always a long line and store is just messy from people going threw everything! You have to be in the mood for some serious shopping.

Store was very clean and organize except for the baby and shoe area. Looks like a tornado touchdown in the area. Rearrange the store a bit for Christmas because all the toys and decoration were in the front of the store.

Got what I came for... After a lot of siffting. The store is in a lot of disarray. Products pilled atop one another, some misslabed by category and even by store. (The wallet I purchased was had a Ross sticker!)
