Hello Sunshine
I went to this store today to close one phone on my account with several phones. I was told that the store cant help me and was given a Metro PCS number to call, ask for a customer services rep and resolve my issue. Im unhappy with not being able to make the change in this office, I was unable to reach a customer service rep using the phone number...no option was given by phone. I consider this poor customer service.

The staff is WONDERFUL! Calvin helped us with everything and every question we bugged him with. I bought a phone there a few months ago and yesterday took my sister there to buy 2 phones and again he was GREAT! All my Metro business will be done at this store!!!!!!!!!!!!
