I had to call at 8 PM and ask the staff to look for an item before I had to make the hour drive to the store in the morning. They were extremely helpful and went to great lengths to make up for the terrible experience I had just had at the roseville store. The elk Grove store was polite and helpful and a completely different attitude! Thank you to the entire staff! I was told at the roseville store not to bother calling any other Jo-anns because they would be far to busy to stop what they were doing and help me. For the record, all 3 stores I called were polite and helpful and made the effort to look for the item I wanted!!

Large location with a diverse selection of fabrics and kept in clean condition. Most Joanns Ive frequented are downsizing their stamp offerings, but not this store. I found the missing Ranger distress marker packs that have been out of stock online for months. Now that my collection is complete there is nothing that can stop me now! Mwahahahahahaha....also, taking a star off because the staff was a bit bitter and not very friendly...no one gives baby the cold shoulder!!

People are nice but not helpful at all. This place needs to start training their staff because they dont know what are they doing. Im trying to learn a new hobby so I enrolled in a class. Looking for the materials it was hard to understand the terminology or what to do or to buy. Well, it seemed they knew even less than me and no one could help me (I asked 4 people). I was on my own. It is very frustrating so I will look for and go to another place to learn sewing.

Nice Joans always has everything you would need for crafts sowing yawn and more plus all the coupons. Customer service its a hit and miss. You might get someone helpful and then you might get someone that is like why are you bothering attitude. But I go for my kids and family. So I have made it my duty to know where things are or shop on line so I dont have to deal with the workers at this Joans.

I went in the store today and the service was awful! Each one of the little girls that helped me had the worst attitude. When asking a question they were short and quick with their answers. Needless to say they need to learn how to talk and be respectful to their customers.

Overall, this is one of the better and larger JoAnn locations Ive been too. Its organized and I appreciate that the cut fabric is back regularly to there isnt missing items. Majority of the employees are very friendly and lines are rarely very long.

Lots to look at & plenty of options for crafters. Some of the items in the store u can find in walmarts craft dept for half the price whatever u cant find, go to joanns.

I love Jo-Anns. Great fabric. My only complaint is sometimes they dont have enough staff to quickly cut fabrics and there is a long wait.
