Im giving this store three stars. Their items are all quite pleasing but what I am really disappointed with is the customer service. I called them to check item availability and they gladly helped me with ONE item but when i started asking if they could help me with one last item they hanged up. Rude. Usually the cashiers are nice but sometimes i meet a few who are not so helpful. The only real reason i keep going to this store is because they have products that i need and they are usually good quality. I wish they would work on their workers a little bit more or at least their customer service. If i go the the store in person my experience is a bit better. But having to call before hand to make sure that i wont have to do a goose chase over one or two items is much more an annoyance to me i wish the people working in the store who are very helpful in person were as helpful on the phone.

Worst customer service. Walked in to do an exchange and had to wait for the manager on duty to argue with an employee about her clock in time in the middle of our transaction. Then went to purchase a new item and had to deal with the same manager named Christian tell us he was only helping one person at a time as he opened a new register to deal with the line of ten us customers. As we walked back to the orginal long line another group walked to his register with two seperate parties and transaction and he helped them, instead of following his previous statement of one person at a time. When he finally helped us he has to ring everything up twice because he made a mistake. Worst experience ever at a Hobby Lobby, we normally got at least once a month and he guaranteed that we will not go to there again. his previous statement of one customer at a time

This place is really great. Had awesome deals all of the time and their staff is super friendly and helpful without feeling either like they dont really care or making you feel overwhelmed with attention. I always find what I am looking for while I am there. The only downsides for me is that I do not like the lay out. How they put somethings in isles. It doesnt make sense as far as the convenience aspect. When I go there if I am going for multiple things I know I will have to be prepared to take some serious time finding everything. During checkout even if the lines are super long they seem to get through everything fairly quickly. And all of their staff is super friendly.

Great selection of craft products and very affordable. However their customer service at the Elk Grove store is unacceptable. I returned/exchanged something that I had the receipt for. The cashier who did the previous sale made the mistake of entering the wrong price and so the current cashier had to get some help with the return/exchange. The manager made a comment that sounded like he was accusing me of stealing a $1.99 item! I ended up buying more items and didnt understand why it was a problem. I left that night with a bad feeling and will probably continue to shop at the store in Arden or JoAnn fabrics store.

The store is organized and packed with tons of beautiful decor. If only their customer service was as great as their items, this store would definitely thrive. I visited this store last night (07/08/15) and I left feeling pretty disappointed. IF THERE SIGNS UP THAT ARE EXPIRED REGARDLESS OF BEING 1,2,4, OR 10 DAYS OLD, DONT EVEN BOTHER ASKING MANAGEMENT TO HONOR THE SALE BECAUSE THEY WILL STRAIGHT UP TELL U NO IN THE RUDEST WAY POSSIBLE EVEN THOUGH ITS THE STORES FAULT FOR NOT PULLING THE OLD SIGNS! **Better off going to Michaels**

First time to Hobby Lobby ever .. went there with my son and nephew and boy even though they were in their own little world, I secretly wish I went alone so not to drag the little boogers down every single aisle. They had a blast and so did I. So many ideas and little knick knacks and everything any craft person would love. I am a fan. I have one a little bit closer than this location, but I will definitely come back to this location, when Im in town.

*This place is great* Such a great spot for most hobbits! A lobby of filthy hobbits. Huh, hobby isnt another word for hobbits? They have a great big store full of art supplies. I can kill sometime in here just looking and buying things I didnt know I wanted. Resin, Prismacolor, Bob Ross and all kinds of things. Check it out and get out of the house for an hour. Use that coupon with thier app and youll be happy.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Return policy is good for everyday stocked items, even without a receipt. Open and spacious with ample parking and accessibility. Great selection of everyday items and seasonal values. Great sales to get merchandise moving and refreshed with new stock. Super fun place for hobbies and crafts. Not a safe place for toddlers as everything is breakable.

Impressive selection and good prices when their sales line up with what you need, otherwise average prices. The staff their are sort of helpful but more likely to point you where to go to get you out of their hair instead of walking with you to make sure you find what you need. Theyre closed Sundays, which is pretty inconvenient.

Love this place, a great place even for gentleman to good. Guys if you think this place is like Micheals or JoAnn, think again, this place have hobbies supply that you need and they have great things you can get and do it with your kids. Always see ladies and their daughter but never see any gentleman and their son here.

Always find what you need, usually at great prices. The craft items usually are better prices than some of the competitors, specially during a sale. You can always find a coupon if the sale isnt on the item you want/need. Best part of all....always great customer service, Thank you!

The place is quiet because not a lot of people are always there but if you ask them questions about certain things like Fabric and what kind of closures you should use on certain fabric not all of them are quite knowledgeable because some of them will tell you they dont know

Prices are amazing and they have the cutest things for decorating the home as well as crafts for all ages. This is my families go to for any crafting. If you have never been you must go at least check it out but heads up they are always closed on Sundays.

This is a very over priced store. This place does very little to help you feel good about buying hobby items. By the time you get half the stuff you need you begin to feel guilty spending so much money. Too rich for my blood.

Huge Store. Great prices. Preferred over Michaels. Went once and was sold and happy I saved so much.. With Michaels if you dont have a coupon or two you spend alot more than you would at Hobby Lobby with no coupon

This store has a lot of everything. Had a great selection of cake decorating tools and supplies. We decorated for my daughters 9th unicorn birthday with almost everything bought from here. It turned out great.
