Im just going to put it bluntly. This store sucks. I come here often and SOMETIMES they have good finds for a decent price. Today I saw a sweater I thought was super cute and saw the price tag said 5 dollars. I thought, ok.. seems pretty fair. Until I pulled it out and it had two giant rips on it. Not even wearable. Most of the time ONE peice of kids clothing is over 2 dollars. Not even peices that are in gently condition either. Dont get me started on the shoes. Super crusty, worn out smelly kids shoes for over 6 bucks!!! Are you kidding me?? I could go get brand new shoes at marhshalls for a few dollars more. Furniture is OKAY sometimes with the pricing although today I was so annoyed to see peices that would go for maybe 30-40 bucks brand new, there for 30 dollars used and in OKAY condition picture frames are priced like theyre brand new or something. This is a second Hand store. The items are DONATED. Its disgusting to price things so high when youre getting them for free. Im also convinced that those who have recently put 5 stars and no reviews must be fake reviews trying to bump up the pitiful excuse of a stores number up.

Poorly organized and the prices are crazy high. Most of the stuff you could get new at Walmart for the prices they are asking. Examples are: $3 for a halfway burned candle. $1 for each stacking cup in a childs 8-peice stacking cup toy set (always have cups missing), $8 for a teapot, and my personal favorite $100 for a box of old comic (nothing rare in there I checked, actual eBay value was around $50). It is ridiculous when you consider that they get their merchandise for free. This store makes me re-evaluate my giving donations to Goodwill, I donate to local homeless shelters and other various charities now. Furniture is fairly priced though, if you can refinish it.

Management trying to get rich off of donated items! How are u going to jack a price up on an item that says $6 to $15... Also really embarrassing when they walk around talking about it loudly across an isle.. Its a donated item that had went thru pricing already!! This is the second time at this location and both times it seemed to be an item the manager was interested in... So I will not shop or donate to any goodwill again! Thrift town will be our go to...

I went there today to purchase a desk table and I didnt have a bigger car to fit it in, so I told them that Ill pay for it now and pick it up when I have a bigger car. They told me that I could come back to pick it up. I came back three hours later and they sold the desk that I already bought. I recieved my refund after the incident. Never again will I shop there.

Once in a while you can get a good deal here but most of the time the prices are TOO TOO HIGH! I have found a lot better prices at the store on Fair oaks, then the store on Arden way and then the store on stockton and franklin in that order, Good luck bargain shopping!

Clean and organize place, not as disorderly as some of the other Goodwill around the area. Good amount of household goods but lower end stuff cast off from college students moving. The story is smaller overall from other Goodwill.

Good workers! I wish they had better quality/quantity of items we as the general public are looking for. I would have rated this a two star but in October they turn it into thrifty Halloween store. Very nice.

Ive been to many Goodwills, this one looks a bit shabby. Big difference from the ones in Phoenix, AZ. Especially disliked that they hand write the majority of prices which were very difficult to read.

No helpful staff around through the store. Usually have to go to a cashier at the register. Baskets are not always available. I think it can be cleaner and better organized.

They masquerade as a nonprofit while management makes millions. This mental gymnastics makes prices and quality sub par when compared to openly for profit thrift stores.

Love this Goodwill. Probably the best (and biggest) Goodwill I have ever been to. The sale was great and there were many items to choose from. I love thrift shopping.
