Too many homeless and criminals hanging around this place and they break into the cars constantly security is poor and unarmed. I work security there for 1 week Downey police does not like arresting anybody they kick him loose half the time thats why these criminals like hanging around there cuz nothing happens to them theyre exempt what a joke I guess Downey only likes responding to the millionaires houses on the good side of Downey. Always try to park your car in front of the location youre going so you can see it. Never park in the middle of the lot.

Wonderful shopping experience. Huge, huge parking lot. Very well lit at night , there appears to be a good amount of security . Doesnt seem to have any loiteting by homeless people or teenagers . Hige selection of stores easy way to spend a weekend with the family just window shopping and walking After a nice meal at one of the local restaurants.

Plenty of parking, they keep the area nice and clean. Be careful pedestrians walk slow or fast and you have to pay attention while driving the road that is near the store fronts. On the weekend can get a bit crowded so I usually go in by the Stewart and Gray drive way entrance. Good Stores and good Places to eat, restaurants and fast food places.

Absolutely love Downey Landing and I love that theyve improved it in this last two years. Its such an awesome place because I have so much surrounding it and normally I will go somewhere else like Lakewood or Cerritos but now that Downey is improve that area I can just go to Walmart or BestBuy and come back home.

Great selection of restaurants and stores! This place seems to always be crowded, including the parking lot. So the only tip I would give is to show up a little early to find parking, even though the parking lot isnt extremely crowded, its best to be safe!☺

Clean but not sure if the shops are for me. And the one I would have gone to closed early while everyone else was open. And it was a Saturday. I am able to get excellent parking and quick in & out food at some places.

Awesome shopping center and great stores, but possibly one of the most confusing to drive through. None of the streets lead where you think they will. Also, waaay more streets than any shopping center should have.

Starting to fill in all the spots. Lots of food options. Wish security would do a better job of monitoring idiots who park in the wrong spots. Would have had a better rating if they did.

The stores themselves are good. But there is a lot of history of people breaking windows. I got mine broken 2 days ago by LA Fitness and apparently the cops said it happens often there.

Lots of stores to choose from here, some of the biggest being Best Buy, Ross, Marshalls, Micheals. Tons of eateries and even a Starbucks. Parking can be cruel at busy times.
