The service was great, in fact the stores exceptionally nice, the staff was friendly and had a great personality. I went in and asked for a samsung S8+. I then found I needed to be added as an authorized user before I could buy any phone. Once that was worked out, she tried to sale me the phone. As I was buying the phone outright felt the experience would be quick. Yet this didnt work because the computer froze every time they tried to move through the overly complex method to sell me a phone. This is not a complaint to the store or its staff but directed at At&t and on its terrible policies. As a network provider it looks really bad when your staff cant use your interface and make a transaction. I left after 45 minutes without a cell phone, so I opened my phone, and order an iphone 7plus in 10 minutes. I cant believe the processes of buying a phone outright is so difficult. I honestly falt the company for letting themselves become to bureaucratic and not focus on customer experience and added value.

AT&T coverage is outstanding but they are really really expensive! AT&T store located in Davis, CA is in a pretty good spot but it is always crowded. I always have to wait but the ATT team is very helpful and they will try their best to serve you the best.
