I ordered some photos online and I got confirmation that they were there but when I went there, the pictures were not there and it took them a terribly long time to even attempt to find the pictures. The pictures were not there and the service to deal with this was bad. I had to call several times after to process the pictures and the people were rude and seemed annoyed even though it was their fault.

I had a very similar experience as Aria. I went to this rite aid and the man that worked there (in the photo department), was extremely rude and unhelpful. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. The only reason i have gone there twice, is because this particular rite aid is very close to where I work (its convenient in that way), however service wise it is HORRIBLE.
