The staff at the pharmacy can be rude at times. It is important to be patient with the callers. I would recommend a Customer Service classes to some of the younger staff. I would write a much better review for Mary in the separate review, because I would like to give her 5 stars for her great peoples skills.

All the employees were incredibly nice and helpful, however the customers were rude and distasteful. The people of saratoga should be ashamed of themselves for being so snobby and helpless. I feel sorry for the people that work there.
