Second time purchasing from this store. I was searching for Sapparo, because its my one off day from the Safeway across the street and I wanted to relax. Unfortunately I couldnt find it, though it mightve been there for all I know but the manager whipped around the corner before I could even find out. Hovered into my personal space and implied the tea I picked up and put down after changing my mind about purchasing was going to be stolen and followed me around after I asked about the exit door alarm going off(someone set it off and I asked if it was a thief which was met with a rudely toned no that couldve been said in a much less bitchy way.) Look, I get it. I work where we lose $2000 from liquor thieves alone. Im really not about to even try to steal something. I know how it feels. However, you dont need to make every customer that comes in feel like theyre being automatically accused and jump on them. Im autistic and having my space invaded makes me feel very uncomfortable. Dont follow customers around. I just wanted to see if you had Sapparo and a Snickers, and I walked out with a paid Snickers. I even signed up for a CVS card. But I probably wont come back, unfortunately. Its just not professional to do that, as much as I understand and emphasize with people stealing and feeling helpless about it, does not mean you get to treat people badly. I didnt even want to ask where it was. Her name is Hanna, by the way. I remember dimly from last time I was there, purchasing makeup, how rude she was. It appears Im not the only one either who thinks so.

The parking lot and neighborhood not safe. Pharmacy staff tries hard but prescription refills rarely go without a problem. Fax transmission failures between pharmacy and physician are not followed up, and delays have become routine. This may be systemic to CVS, but Ill try another location to see.

The workers are great but the price on some of the Rx is over priced. I found the same Rx that they where asking for a little over $200. And I have insurance. I found it else where for $70.00. Without insurance. This is not good.

Terrible pharmacy Every. Single. Time. I have finally switched pharmacies, but good lord man, this is the worst of the worst. Slowest pharmacy, no customer service... I mean just awful. The parking lot at night isnt great either.

A name of the person call "Boonie" was arrogant when we ask for passsport pictures. She just shake the head and said no. The other personal ok but she need back to her house and learn true values.

This is my go to pharmacy and drug store. Seems like theyre a little more efficient and organized than other pharmacies Ive used. Ive been going here for so long they recognize me.
