I came once on a weekend during their lunchbreak and there was no notice, nobody knew when they would be back, and there was only a small picture of a clock pointing that they would return at 1:15 and it was 1:45. It was very unclear when they went out and when they would be back. I didnt know how long to wait. The same happened one more time. Now Im reluctant to go there on weekends between 12 and 2, as I never know when they will be on a break. I totally agree that they should have their break, but it should be some regular time, so that we know, instead of coming to find the door shut and waiting for an hour. Otherwise, the staff are rather good.

Tuesday night 9:59pm 10/18/16 If I can give 0 Stars I would one of the managers lets me in, one minute before closing an I asked if it was okay he said yes, I knew exactly what I wanted to buy an I found it in thirty seconds, when I grab it, all i hear its already past ten with hands on his hips and looking at me with disapproval and a rude tone, this was a different worker behind the register bald head an he was Asian I forget his name I was so upset! I felt like I was scolded like a child, I pride myself on treating people with respect when I get treated like people have no sense its just frustrating as heck!! breath..... woosah.....

My parents needed a Fastrack Flex tag for their car for an upcoming driving vacation. We were assured that we were buying a Fastrack Flex tag by the employee but we could not tell from the packaging if it was a standard tag or a flex tag. Turns out we bought a standard Fastrack tag. Now we have to make a more than hour long drive to the "local" Fastrack office to exchange the tag for the correct Flex tag because no refunds or exchanges once the packaging is open. Very disappointed in the lack of honesty and convience of both Fastrack and Walgreens.

August 6, 2011. Service personal wasnt nice and helpful. Bad attitude. They dont care about their customers. They made me wait for 15 minutes. Didnt resolve my problem. No sorry, no goodbye, no have a nice day, no poker-face. It was like "hate you for coming". Manager super slow and lazy.

I print out some pictures I was going to pick up that same day in an hour, waited an hour and then I get a call saing that the machine wasnt workin... That I had to go back next day in the after noon, I was going to need the photoes in the morning ...
