Horrible service! Doctor called in a prescription yesterday morning. I came at 6:00 to pick it up and they said it was not ready. Came back at 9:00 this morning. Still not ready. They said they would take care of it and call me once done. It is now noon and I have not heard from them. I came in and they said they are out of stock! Both times the gentleman was rude. Was someone going to let me know? Fortunately another gentleman overheard and said they did have it and that it was not checked in their system. So he took care of it. I should not have had to go through all of that for this prescription to be filled! Horrible customer service! I am new

The most friendliest and helpful CVS Pharmacy I have shopped at in the Bay Area. When I walk into this store, if the sales clerk is not ringing up a customer, I am immediately greeted with a "Hello." Sometimes, when I am walking down the aisle one of the clerks will come up to me and ask "are you looking for something?" unsolictly. This does not happen to me at other CVS Pharmacys.

Stopped by at 10:30 no one in line. Both pharmacy technicians didnt acknowledge that I was there and I was the only person in line. Not a word was spoken to me but they had a conversation about some friend attending college. Poor customer service ! They couldnt take the 5 min so I could pick up medicine that of which I received a text that they were ready!.

Chronically, hopelessly, disorganized and unreliable. I and my physician have to call multiple times for routine Rx refills. I have experienced the same problem three consecutive times with the same Rx.

Incredibly inept pharmacy. Put me through medication withdrawal 4 TIMES because of disorganization & no accountability! Criminal negligence at this point!
