This place is a jem! I couldnt believe how well-stocked their room of herbs, teas, etc. was. They sell hard-to-find healthy products in a virtual food desert. The nearest Whole Foods or Trader Joes is anywhere between 25 and 30 minutes away and they have products that you cant even find in those stores. Dont get me wrong, it is a tiny store. Their refrigerated items are much more limited, but they have a bulk nut section that is organic with prices that rival much larger stores. They sell food, sundries, and some prepared foods. I would definitely recommend this place. I can see why theyve been in the neighborhood for 20-something years. Who knew there was health food in the hood???

Just stopped in to check it out and I was very impressed. The large selection of vegan and vegetarian options was refreshing. A large well stocked freezer with various Amys products, vegan pizzas, and a cooler with various spreads. They didnt have any food today but Ill be dropping in next week when theyve got hot and cold food available. Definitely worth my time and money

Very friendly and welcoming environment, try the vegan potato salad its amazing they make a few only per week. The sandwiches and burritos are not vegan but great options for those transitioning to a plant based diet. They have many herbs, nuts, vitamins, even carb clusters. They give out free samples! If you are vegan I guarantee youll love this place.

Love this place. They have alot of vegan foods and natural health products. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. And @ alexander smith you put all black businesses in a negetative category because of one bad experience. If its so hard for you to do business with black people take your dumb ass somewhwere else

I can.say that personally im the 2rd generation of children that has come to this store ..down to my aunts and uncles ..people are very friendly ..very homey environment ..i have nothing to say bad about the place ..though i live in long beach now i still make the trip ..im happy they are still around ...Fove

This is a wonderful store that has great herbal meds that dont have fillers. The owner is awesome! The products are awesome! I definitely recommend this place to anyone AND everyone!
