Friendlier staff by far than the CO-op and greater selection of items. Terra Organica is more like the way health food stores use to be and has a wider array of products than the more corporate Bellingham Co-Op inventory. Even though I like the Bellingham Co-op for what it is, Id rather give this store a bit more support as the Co-op needs some healthy competition and this store definitely rivals the Co-op. The produce section here is better than the Bellingham Co-op which is a very important trait to any health food store. The only downside of this store is the prices are noticeably a bit higher than the Bellingham Co-op, but it seems like a fair price to pay to have friendlier staff who appreciate your business and a bit better selection of products. However, if they could drop the prices a bit, I would probably make this my one and only stop, but for some items I still need the BHam co-op.

The only reason Im giving this place two stars is that I have met some very knowledgeable and friendly employees here (some, not all by any means). Way less snobby than the Co Op. Unfortunately, this store is beyond expensive (yes, even more than "Whole Paycheck"), and the vibe is just plain creepy. Its almost always empty. I have also heard that the owner doesnt treat his employees well, and has a bad reputation in the community, which is inexcusable in my opinion. I would much rather support local farms by visiting the farmers market. Id even rather go to Whole Foods at this point. Terra, you have alienated many in the community.

Terra has great service and a large selection of healthy foods. Terra Organica is a grocery store that has several great businesses located inside the building. The juice bar is the only place in Bellingham to get a shot of wheat grass and it is ohhhh so sweet. The best Sushi is offered in Terra and Excellent Ethiopian food is also available. There is an herb store full of tea with knowledgeable staff, and even a book store. Get 20% off on all produce every Sunday!!!!

I love the relaxed peaceful shopping atmosphere and being able to special order products that I find when I travel to other places. The staff is friendly, warm and personable. The owner is intelligent, ethical and has his heart in the right place and lives with his family in Bellingham!!! They use local and organic wherever possible! And I love all of the little eateries and smoothie bar inside the store.

Relaxing place to shop, with a great selection of natural, organic, and locally sourced foods. Im always discovering new products here. Nice atmosphere -- they dont jam too many shelves and fixtures in, so theres actually room to move. Prices are similar to the co-op, its main competition in town, but I find Terras atmosphere more pleasant and less crowded.

We absolutely love your wonderful store! You have good quality items and a good bulk selection. We enjoy going to your store, everything is easy to find, clean and organized. Great selection of produce, superfoods and excellent brands. Love that items are researched and marked as nonGMO, dairy-free, raw, local, raw, gluten-free, etc. No one else does that! Super friendly staff, too.

Super expensive and the whole building has the strangest energy. Such a large and weird set-up. Its just not worth going here when you have a more welcoming coop just a few blocks away.

Ive been there a few times and the staff are very friendly, the prices reasonable and plenty of good products. Its seems what the coop doesnt have in bulk these people do.
