This is not my favorite natural food store... not by a long shot. But it is right around the corner from my house, which means that I do shop there from time to time. The some of the staff is very friendly, though not very knowledgeable about a lot of their products (especially lacking re: homeopathic medicine). Also... check the expiration date on EVERYTHING you buy here- about 50% of the time the products are at, or past expiration. Last time I was in (March 2010), I noticed some frozen baby food that said "Best By 09/2007", nearly 2 YEARS EXPIRED. When I alerted the manager, he just casually mentioned that it wasnt an expiration date, only a suggested use by date so it was still ok, and he wasnt going to take it off the floor. Another time I went to buy yogurt, and while checking out at the front, noticed that the yogurt was a week past expiration. That time, the manager offered me 30% off before he offered to get me another container. But, I do like shopping locally, so I go here if I am trying to save gas or time.

Too bad its the only Health food store in A-town. Ive been there twice and the people were so rude and unhelpful that I wont go back. One lady was even the manager. My mom and brother went there on serperate occasions and felt the same way. If you work at a health food store, people will have questions. If that is too much of an inconvenience to you than you shouldnt work there. And they were pricey. :(

I was able to find many of the spices I had been looking for, along with a pretty good selection of items that I had been looking for in the past. Everyone there was really nice and I left feeling like I found a nice, local place to buy health foods without travelling to another town.

I love this place. Owner is exceptionally helpful, service oriented. If you want something they dont carry, just ask, they do their very best to fulfill your wishes. They also make fresh juice to order. I buy three quarts a week, its fresh, organic and the exact combination I ask for. Fresh fish on Tuesdays and an excellant supply of supplements.

A natural food store that is so fully stocked and staffed with knowledgeable people. Wow! They know their stuff and are happy to share! Wikipedia stand back! Everything I needed to get was there and there were even choices with the flax I did not know existed. Thank you for your kind and helpful service. Easy to get to and parking is a breeze.
