This is the "New" Best Buy, that used to be off Peyton in the Costco shopping center. I went there about a year ago and purchased 2 Dell desktops for my parents. The service was great! Ive been a loyal Best Buy customer, buying almost every appliance in my home from them. However, when I went to this new location on Saturday, I was met with a totally different experience. I took 1 of the two desktops in to the Geek Squad because it had stopped booting up. I was met by a GS rep who, 1) wasnt geeky at all, and 2) seemed extremely uninterested in the fact that she had a job to do. While trying to explain my issue, I was interrupted 4 or 5 times (put on hold in person) so she could discuss her lunch plans with fellow employees. At one point, she just stopped caring completely and decided that "youll just have to check it in, pay the diagnostic fee and any fee for the repairs". I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman(woman in this case), who was about to swindle me for potentially more than I bought the desktop for. Keep in mind, it is still under warranty! I spoke with the stores general manager (hanging out by the front door) who 1) wouldnt help me, 2) refused to tell me her name and hid her name tag with a clip board. Morons, dont they know that good customer service is the way to a mans wallet? (I was about to buy a MacBook Air while I was there, but decided they didnt deserve my money- the Apple store was sufficient) DONT SHOP HERE! As soon as you fork out the cash they stop caring. The Best Buy in Costa Mesa, however (where I went directly after, having had better experiences) immediately and professionally assisted me.

If Im looking for a quick Best Buy fix, this is the store Ill come to. Since its quite a bit smaller than most Best Buys, you may not find everything on the shelf, but usually theyll have things stored in the back so make sure you at least ask before leaving. Best Buy is also good for their sales, especially when theyre on games. The last time I was in this store, I found a great Dell laptop for $730! Believe me, it was a steal! Dont forget to sign up for a Reward Zone card if you havent done so already. The card will give you points every time you purchase something. Best Buy will then add those points up and send you gift certificates to the store! Since we purchased some of our big items here (LCD TV, refrigerator, etc.), we get some decent amounts back in store certificates. It also works well with small purchases AND youll receive coupons in the mail and via email that will give you anywhere from 10-15% off selected categories of merchandise. SWEET!

Employees arent very knowledgeable here Montclair has more employees that know their stuff, here they dont really is why I just help myself since Im in IT already and probably know more than they do Once in awhile youll find someone that does know their stuff so I usually end up testing most of the workers until I find that person then just ask for them and everyone else I dont bother with. I know how this sounds, but its how youll actually get any help. Do, your research on the product online first then go if you have more questions find someone that knows their stuff on that item if that person doesnt, move on to the next until,you find them.

A great place to your shopping done if youre in the market for tech based items. My mom loves coming to this Best Buy, she believes that the lines here are shorter than other Best Buys in the area. Living in diamond bar, we have a couple of different best buys that are equidistant from one another, but we always come here. As for me, I tag along because Im a good son, and their demo stations for their Xbox one and ps4 are always free. This means, for me, life is good. Im also 24 frickin years old

Ever since I started online shopping, I rarely go to Best Buy for my technology needs, but sometimes youre just missing that one cable or you just want to try something out before buying it. Thats where Best Buy comes in. This specific location is pretty awesome. They dont have everything in the world, but they have tons of displays and the employees are generally helpful when the store isnt too busy. Plus theres a Walmart nearby, so its a super convenient stop after you finish shopping there.

Probbaly one of the best local Best Buys. They have a huge selection and he employees are extremely attentive I was able to get help within a few minutes and was helped my multiple people, everyone was helpful and patient with me. They didnt have what I wanted in stock but helped me get it and hooked me up with a free GC.. Ill definielty be back to this location

This is not the best branch. It does not have as wide a selection as the others. Prices are also a little higher than Id like, although they do match the lower prices you are able to find from credible sources. The staff would probably be a hit or miss - some are friendly and quite helpful, while others, well, not so much.

Staff is clueless and rude. I used to go here for car audio. At the time the technician daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. The last time I went they told me he was no longer with the company. Brought in my laptop for service but the geek squad associates were rude and I decided to take it elsewhere

My experience at this Best Buy was seamless. I went in for a specific product, had immediate assistance from a knowledgable staff who was actually wearing the product (iwatch2), and checked out in no time. The whole process was positive and efficient. The store is definitely visually appealing. Great job!

This Best Buy is clean well-lit and it has lots of options of electronics. I usually dont wait in line too long here and there is quite a bit of parking in front. The only thing I dont like about Best Buys in general is the security people at the door that make you feel uncomfortable when you are exiting.

This is one of the better Best Buys. The employees are always eager to assist, so be prepared to hear "Do you need any help?" every ten feet. Ive talked with a few employees there and they are pretty knowledgeable. However, be aware that most anything you find in store here can be found cheaper online.

I am very upset about paying a 35 dollar fee for returning a phone that was intact brand new only had it with me for a week. I returned it because my phone carrier said it wasnt compatible with my company after i specifically asked their associates and they assured me it was.

I dont understand a best buy not carrying sound recording equipment, no microphones..very organized store but theres not a lot to organize. Low stock of dvds, games of all consoles, pretty much electronics in general. Go to mira loma or montclair.
