If you have time to kill, dont read a book or watch a movie: go to this best buy. They destroy your time like nobody else. How, you ask? Well, my mother ordered an external harddrive online, and I went into the store to pick it up for her. Well, a "your product is ready" email actually means "your product is buried in the back of our storage and we need 15 minutes to hunt it down." Product in hand, I discovered that best buy will not allow anyone other than the person who placed the order to pick it up, even if he has the orderers credit card and ID. I was told to go then to the front to cancel the order, and then I could purchase it again. Well, I went to the front, waited in line, and was told to go to customer service to cancel the order. So I went to customer service, waited in line, and was told to go to the online pickup area (where I started) to get it canceled. After another lap around best buy, I was back at the customer support center as an employee struggled to tell the difference between a 0 and an O. I dont blame him; I too get letters and numbers confused. Thank you busy buy, for taking 60 minutes of my time instead of 5.

Ridiculous customer service. As soon as I walked into that department, all 3 employees walked away. I had to walk to another department to ask for help. One unqualified employee tried to steer me toward purchasing a less expensive outdated model. Luckily, the manager showed up and recognized that I need a wireless model. To go with this wireless monitor, I asked to also look at wireless keyboard and mouse. The manager asked me to check out the different brands and he would come back. When he came back, he introduced me to another employee who would help me. This employee took a wireless monitor and put it by the cash register, then he showed me the different wireless keyboards and mouse. While I was asking him questions, he asked to be excused and walked away to service another customer. I waited a while and got really upset. I decided to walk out of the store. I was all ready to make the purchase and yet they ruined the sale. I will not return to this store and I will purchase these from another company online.

DO NOT buy an appliance from Best Buy! This has been the worst buying experience of my life. The communication between store and delivery service is deplorable. They called the wrong number, after we told them numerous times that they had the wrong number listed, and they ended up not delivering our items. When I called to complain, I was given an attitude and when she rescheduled the delivery, she (Yvette) only scheduled the washer and not the dryer. When I found out and added the dryer to the delivery, it arrived, but with a huge dent on the top of the dryer. I called to have a new one delivered. It just arrived an hour ago, but it also had a dent in it. I now have to set up a new time for delivery. My advice: If you cant walk out of the store with your item, DO NOT buy from Best Buy!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This Best Buy store sucks. Everytime I go in there, their sales people are snobbish, and dare NOT use a coupon from the internet. Theyll make you stand in the "Returns" line to get the coupon discount. I couldnt believe it, I went though the checkout lane and I was told by the checker that if I wanted to use the coupon that I would have to go to the "Returns" at customer service to get the discount. What a freaking joke. Ive not stepped in that store since. There is another BB store that is a little further, but that store is a great store, but this store totally SUCKS. DO you hear that BB manager? YOUR store sucks and so do you if you allow such rudness and how you manage the discounts. THe other reviews that rate you high must work at that store, because everyone that I talk to you hates this store.

Super helpful employees although some not as good as others. I go on week nights when empty and get help with all my items, phone, computers, tv accessories etc. The geeksquad is a joke as far as my experience so far. The closest I got was a 800 number to call and got the Philippines to order a battery. Now they have a 15 day return policy that is too short. I love the 18 month no interest plan...that rocks. I hope they can get their act together to compete because I dont want my only option for tv purchases to be walmart ot Costco! I love BB but they need to improve quick to compete with apple stores etc. I love the new Samsung dept. But they need more informed employees that really know the products. Please BB get it together!!!!

The salesman confidently told me the wrong information on a windows tablet. I asked if he was sure, since otherwise it wont run the programs I use, and he lied saying theyd run. I asked him to check, which confirmed that he lied and my programs wont work. I was still thinking about buying it so I asked about which keyboards were the updated ones for this model. He pulled the one for the previous year, and again said yes Im sure. I checked, and the newer ones were just to the side. Then when it came to insurance he doubled Microsofts rate. When I pulled up their rate on my phone he said best buy wont match it. I walked into the store 100% sure Id buy...and didnt because of that sales interaction.

Bad business. Recently purchased a refrigerator in the sticker detailed description open box.. No damage, nothing missing.. When it was delivered there is no attachment for the door.. I called the customer service and talked to the supervisor. He gave me an option return or buy the missing parts.. I went to the store Best Buy and showed them the picture of the sticker still attached in refrigerator and the missing parts.. No helped done useless. Be honest Best Buy. Your sales agent told us that the refrigerator has nothing missing.. I asked twice.. Customers are not stupid.. Treat as right.. BE HOnESt..

Unbeleivable - its outrageous - never ever will buy anything from Best Buy again Bought washer and dryer...they delivered and refused to set it up because the dryer vent was not finished. Ok...I had contractor finish and asked them to come out. They show up and say that the dryer kit is imcomplete and leave. I called and asked again that this time they bring the kit. They come back and once again refuse to set it up because they say theres no pan for setting the washer. They never mentioned this ever and this is the third time theyve been out. What the heck?

Every time I go here it is problematic. Staff untrained or un-knowledgeable about products gets annoying. Last time I was there waiting for my in store pickup they could not fine, I was browsing routers where I overheard a staff member tell a customer inquiring about new routers, "Miss these are so complicated you would not understand if I told you." She replied with "that is why I am asking you." He walked away and I was shocked I asked her what she needed and was actually able to answer her questions with basic communication skills and helped this lady out.
