I went on Wednesday for the Iphone 4s the guy told us that they didnt have them and that they will be in the next day. I went the next day and stood in line for over an hour. The older gentleman that he was helping had so MANY questions, but the fact of the matter was that the sales associate was offering to help him set up his google account, his apple account, etc. Ignoring the fact that I had been standing in line for ever. Finally when I got up there I told him "iphone 4s white at&t." He said "hmm I dont think we have any, check back tommorow" and I said "thats what you said yesterday." and all of sudden the gentleman that he had been working on cuts in front me and starts asking more questions about his phone!!! I got so mad and left. Waste of TIME! Best buy dont put up a sign at the front of store stating that you have the new iphone 4s and NOT have them on stock!!!!

This location seems to be slipping, every time I visit is is downgraded. Things I am looking for I am directed online, even to Amazon, or to another best buy location. It seems a they are preparing to close this location. There used to be a Google store and Samsung store inside where you could find all of the products and knowledgeable people, those are gone. Looking through the cell phones department there is poor selection, the smart watches have poor selection, accessories are poor selection. Unless you are looking for iphone crap, then there is selection. Nobody around to help, but on the way out without buying everything, there they all are standing around the front door. With the amount of customers there youd think they would just give everyone a personal shopper to follow them around and answer questions.

Ive come here on many occasions, normally being perfectly fine. After wasting my time with phones and check-out, I will not be going back. Normally, looking at phones at a BestBuy prompts someone to fly over like a hawk and ask if you need any help. Not today. After looking for help for 25 minutes, a Yellow Shirt BestBuy employee informed me that all the phone employees were busy and he couldnt do anything. All I needed was to look at the box for an unlocked phone. He couldnt assist me with that? Theres 7 employees standing around chatting it up, but only the 2 overwhelmed phone guys can unlock a case for phones? Should have just went to Frys.

I visited the Savi Ranch store this evening to ask if someone could help me connect my TV, BluRay and switch box - I could not get to the Internet. William in the Mobile Dept. was very helpful in what he advised while in the store. I went home and still couldnt get to the right place. I called the store and William patiently helped me get my HDMI cords connected correctly and also got me connected to Netflix! William was AWESOME with customer Service - I also need to purchase an additional HDMI cord so I REALLY appreciated all his assistance and knowledge and customer service.

I went there today to buy a couple of external hard drives and a Wii console at 8:15pm. I waited there till 8:45 and asked 3 staff members if someone can help me quickly with an advice. I got the the most nonsense reply, "you can go ask somebody". Are you guys doing charity for heck sake??? I shop at best buy very often atleast making purchases of 1000 to 1500 dollars every year. I am NOT GOING back to Best Buy again. Customer service is ZERO. The more you follow the current pace, you will have less people coming back.

The Team in the TV section is one of the best I have come across. Costco, they dont have a clue on what is REALLY needed to get your tv going. All they say is, "yes, this is a good tv" or say what you want to hear. Sometimes and now a days with "smart TVs" you need facts and knowledge, not someone to agree with you just to sell a tv. Great Job to Dave and crew. Thank you, I am on the Internet now with my new LED that is mounted on the wall !

I wouldnt shop their or any other Best Buy. Was gifted $800 in E-Gift Cards in Tucson, AZ. 4 days ago later when I went to use them at a local Best Buy in Tucson they had a $0.00 balance. After further investigation from the local manager in Tucson they where cashed in for another Best Buy card at this location. During the same time I was in the store. Sorry we can do anything for you corporate Best Buy said.

I came here to pick up an item that I had ordered online. The item was quickly prepared, the pick-up process was really smooth, the workers were very knowledgeable, and I was out of the store with my item within minutes. Parking is plentiful, the store is clean, and I would recommend this Best Buy for picking up an item that you ordered online (if you live or are around the area).

A wider selection of products than the Orange store on Tustin St, but decreasing from what it use to carry. The trend on the way people shop on the internet are causing all the Best Buys to lose sales and decrease inventory. I would hate to see retail locations close. If you need help where do you go. Try calling your internet store and get help.

Place is staffed with friendly employees and its large and open with plenty of selection. Compared to some other Best Buys, I definitely prefer this location. There was nothing extra special that pushed me into 5 star territory, but would definitely visit this location again.

Black Friday 2015 sales at Best Buy. I was ready to spend a couple grand $$ on TVs, Cameras, and a Computer. But after reading reviews and the awful return policy Best Buy has...I changed my mind. Ill give my business somewhere else. Sorry.

Best Buy needs to become more competitive with surrounding store prices like Frys Electronics, Target and Walmart. Stores are always clean and well maintained but their Gaming sections lacks a lot of variety and selection.

If you need high end electronics, particularly audio/video, this Magnolia location is great. Ive purchased all my samsung tvs, sonos, xbox, etc from here. Need expert level A/V advice? Talk to Dave. Dude knows his stuff..

OK store. As usual, sales person read the label when you ask a question... that is very frustrating... do they really think I cant read the shelf labels? But the store was well supplied and cashier were helpful and nice.

The worst treatment I ever received in my life! Would not refund money or replace a phone cover they recommended for my new phone. I will have to break my phone in order to remove the cover.

Their staffs are so friendly ever. I was so disappointed with Huntington Beach BB guys but here, Yorba Linda staffs are awesome! Ask them, and they never bother your shopping!
