So far so good! Have had an order go slightly awry.. but it was due to my card misinformation. They deftly helped me thru that. Customer service gets the credit. Erica made it easy to get back on track. Thanx! Now for delivery and well be running again. Will update this upon receipt! ...OK its 4 weeks later and everything went perfect... this establishment deserves your business. The part came ON TIME, it was the CORRECT PART, even tho the repair was done on a 2010 piece of electronics. And it has been 4 WEEKS without a problem, RUNNING DAILY. I bought bulbs for my stupid Sam Sung every 12 month in the last 3 years. The last one didnt last 10 month. When I called the customer service they told me sorry the warranty is good for 5 month. What a highway rubbery. Never deal with this company.

Im not sure what you guys are thinking on bulb life. I have over 3000 projectors, if I get 1000 hours from a $35 bulb, I am thrilled. I was averaging 900 or so with the $100 Epson bulbs.

Do NOT buy your bulbs from them. Bulbs died just outside the 150 day warranty period, no where near the 1500 hours one would expect from a bulb. Customer service just blew us off.

Ive shopped at this warehouse for 15 years customer service is great and they often have items that are unavailable/more expensive at Newegg.
