The service that we received from FastSigns of Tucson on Oracle is more than excellent. Our orders were finished far before the expected day and time. The staff at FAstSigns really knows their business perfectly well and are pleased to help the small business person, such as myself, get the maximum use and maximum advantages from the products that we have ordered from FastSigns. The newest set of signs that we have ordered from FAstSigns is just perfect for what we are needing. The color scheme is eye catching, the print fonts are just perfect for our business. I cannot thank the staff at FastSigns enough for taking the marketing and sign needs of our business very seriously and doing the absolute best for us. Our store was recently in need of some decals for all of our company vehicles. One was brought in with a picture of what the finished product should look like and 2 hours later we got a call that it was complete. We were very impressed with speed in which the job was completed, but after an inspection of the vehicle we notice the wording was put on at an angle. We made our concerns known and received little to no sympathy. While upset that our outline was not followed the first time, we still wanted to continue our business. We asked if our other two vehicles would be done correctly fearing another rush job. Fast signs response was,"Nevermind dont bring them. YOUR TO PICKY!" This is the last time Fast Signs will see our business in Tucson and possibly Nationally.

When I placed my order one of their machines that make the stencils that I ordered was not operating, they made me temporary stencils so that I could have something while I waited. I did not have to ask or complain in order for them to give me those temporary stencils. What was the icing on the cake is the temporary stencils worked great! That experience showed me that Fastsigns care about keeping their customers happy- theyre not just worried about the customer IF they get upset. That is a rare thing these days. Very Fair pricing and very very polite staff. Id reccomed them to anyone needing the services they provide. Thank you again!

Ethan at the Oracle store was extremely helpful, when I was placing a large order for hole signs and banners for our annual Golf Tournament. He was also was very accommodating to a couple of last minute additions to our order that the store was able to complete on schedule. Then, when we picked up our banners, he insisted that we inspect them before leaving. When doing so, he pointed out some small defects in two of the banners and he rushed a reprint overnight at no extra cost. The whole experience was a showcase of customer service and a commitment to quality.

John installed the graphics. He was super patient and good-natured, even when it took almost forever to remove old decals.
