My apologies to the customers and staff who have to deal with me at this place. Every other coffee place I go to, folks stand back and examine the menu THEN go up to the register once they know what they want. I do not for the life of me understand why this place stands alone in orders that take several minutes because someone has no clue what they want. The line grows behind them, but they and this CBTLs staff are oblivious. It doesnt seem to matter, because everyone in line but me plans to do the same thing, and the employee behind the reigster has no interest in working faster. I do my best to herd the masses, but since it is me who doesnt fit in here, it just gets me dirty looks. This is a really convenient location for me, but I come as rarely as possible because of the high frustration factor here.

Ive been going to this location almost everyday for several years. The location is close to my house, but even if it wasnt Id go there. The staff is great and the drinks are fantastic. Sometimes the line is long but it moves pretty quick. I hope to see you there!!!

I was once a devoted Starbucks fanatic, until I discovered Coffee Bean. Now I enjoy the very personal service of this very cute and chill place. The same guy who made my drink the first time made it the second time. This place is great, Ive already recomended it!

Really needs to get organized and keep the line moving and people flowing. Every time I come here the customers act like they dont know the drill. Wandering around stepping all over each other. Not a fast in and out place.

Ordered an espresso and wasnt exactly as good as I thought (I was asked at the counter if I wanted to drink it in the little thing over there, we call it tazzina in Italy and is just a small cup :))))

Helpful, friendly staff with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They remembered me after only a visit or two and are quick but willing to explain anything. Very friendly, making me come back again!

I tried it for the first time this week. I thought their Cafe Mocha was better than Starbucks. Not as many choices of food as Starbucks and other coffee places.

Awful coffee! Ordered a cafe mocha, bitter stale coffee taste. Took it back and opted for a latte....same disgusting bitter coffee taste! Never going back!

A chill place to study, meet up for coffe with someone, etc. Relaxing atmosphere and of course a wide range of delicious coffees and teas here. <3 !
