This Starbucks takes more shortcuts than any other Starbucks I go to. They dont make their drinks correctly and have a cold and unfriendly attitude when you tell them to make the drink the right way. I came into location one evening and stood at the register for 3 minutes. I was the only one there, there were 2 girls behind the counter cleaning. They didnt acknowledge me or even say they would be right with me so I walked out. Im not sure who the manager is here, but they dont seem to have a whole lot of integrity considering their employees and the poor lack of sevice and coffee quality. Go to the Starbucks a little ways down Harrison by Weber State. That Starbucks is amazing, they really know what theyre doing.

Worst starbucks Ive ever been to!!! I was visiting Utah and I Went through the drive thru, I ordered two drinks, they got both drinks wrong 3 TIMES!!! And gave me attitude for asking them to make it right. I live in california and go to starbucks everyday and have never seen such horrible customer service, Which is really sad because they dont have very many starbucks coffee houses in Utah. So if you love starbucks and live in utah, you have to deal with crappy service.. Very sad.

I pass two Starbucks locations on my way to work, so its convenient for me most of the time to go here... but 3 out of 4 times I get an iced drink, its filled almost to the top with ice. Dont bother asking these teenagers to fix it, theyll give you attitude and make you feel like youre being unreasonable. After 3 visits in a row being like this, Ive decided Id rather drive out of my way to get what I pay for.. especially if its overpriced. Bye, Starbucks!

This is probably the worst location in northern Utah. The ladies who were on staff when I went in yesterday seemed like they genuinely didnt want to be there, didnt even say anything to me except the bare minimum required. The only kind one was mopping the floor and was polite and friendly toward us. I dont think Ill return to this location, grumpy teenagers are everywhere and finding them before Ive had my coffee isnt necessary.

Very professional and friendly. I messed up my order and didnt realize it until I took a drink. I asked the barista for another drink and said that I had messed up and offered to pay for another drink. He said not to worry about it and that hed make me a new one. The drink turned out delicious as always.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees are rude. They dont mop the floor. I couldnt put my straw in my iced coffee because there was so much ice in it. They get butt hurt when I get a refill with my gold card. I would suggest Beans and Brew down the road.

Awesome customer service. My wife and I order complicated drinks and have never received a wrong drink in the three years I have been going to this location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I am so tired of Starbucks! They dont have the best coffee and their politics truly suck! No more for me! Try Seattles Best of anywhere else. You will be glad you did!
