Ordered a large. Cup was half full, but to make up for not filling the cup completely they did throw in some grounds at the bottom of the cup for free. My wifes drink was so far beyond palatable it wasnt even funny. It tasted like they made it from burnt beans, not roasted. They made up for the burnt taste by throwing in some free grounds at the bottom of the cup for her as well. My sons drink was watered down and also had free grounds thrown in on the bottom. I have been to other Beans & Brews and really like them. This is the last time I will visit this location. It should have been an instant indicator that this was going to be a bad experience when it was shockingly empty compared to other ones Ive been to, and half the tables had crumbs and sticky stuff on them. All in all, the location is the only thing that this place has going for it.

I used to work here, I loved the coffee and the service was great, but my last few experinces have been disappointing. The baristas dont greet customers, arent very friendly and are SLOW. I was here today with only one other person in the store and it took forever to get my drink. When I got my drink it was made with whole milk instead of soy and the espresso tasted burnt. I asked them to remake my drink and when they did (slowly) and the milk was right but yhe espresso still tasted bad. They were very slow but the lobby was dirty. But primarily I was disappointed with the customer service.

I love Beans and Brews, but not this one. Recently I ordered a large Mr. Bs from this location. I was handed a small. So I said, "Is this a large?" The person said, "Oh, Im sorry. They must have made the wrong size!" She then took my small Mr. Bs and dumped it into a large cup. She then added enough ice to fill up the cup and handed it back to me! I paid for a large Mr. Bs, and got a small Mr. Bs with extra ice. I will never be visiting this location again. You should avoid this location and go elsewhere for your coffee. That way you are more likely to get what you pay for.

I got a medium drip and a large iced latte. The drinks were good but I had give the barista $10.49 for my bill of $8.49. I was in the drive through and I had a lot change in my car I was trying to use. The girl didnt give me my change until after giving me my drinks and seeing that I was still holding my change purse in my hand. I had been planning on giving her a tip but not $2 and at the minimum she should have asked. She did make a big song and dance about how the register should have told her and it was so hard to get the drawer back open.... blah, blah, blah.

Go to any Beans and Brews except this location! Normally I prefer Beans and Brews to Starbucks x10 but this location is absolutely terrible! Three different times I have ordered my usual skinny frozen Carmel with whip and been told they cant make it skinny. I have had this several times not only at other Beans and Brews but at this one! It is a fight for me to have to explain every time I go in here that all they have to do is use half skim milk. The gal wouldnt do it so I left...good news is there is a Starbucks right up the street!

Ok so we go here a LOT. Why you ask do we go there if we only rate them a 3? They have the most coffee for your buck. And it is good coffee...always good. But They are SLOW. SLOWER than turtles on qualudes. We always have a long wait to place our order and a long wait to get our coffee...even when no one else is in the store. Also pet peeve...you have to ask for a coffee collar...otherwise you just get the cup and burn your hands on it. We love your business, but you need to combine awesome coffee with FAST efficient service.

I used to prefer Beans and Brews overall, however sometime last year, maybe the year before, they switched from whipped cream to whipped topping thats akin to Cool Whip. It ruins the entire coffee drinking experience. I liked the actual whipped cream... Seeing as how Beans and Brews maintain the atmosphere of having a clean eating, local only establishment; I was disappointed. If it were changed back then I wouldnt have to go to the big, bad corporate S. Id return.

The team here is refreshing. Ive had one mistake the last 6 months or so and they were very gracious and provided a corrected replacement With 3 Starbucks within a mile and 2 of them within 200 ft I choose to go local. Their rewards program is 100 points and they dont cram texts and emails to you every day like the big Starbucks. Make them aware of their mistakes. They will make it right. BAILEY in the mornings is the best Battista in Utah at B&B

The coffee has always been delicious and the size to cost ratio is great, but the last time I went my coffee lid smelled horrible. It smelled as if the barista had wiped down my lid with the same rag she used to clean all of the tables, counters, and chairs. Definitely had that mildew and chemical smell. I was so disgusted I had to take off the lid to even enjoy my drink.

Just left, ordered one strawberry frapp and two kids strawberry smoothies cost me nearly 20$ but whatever. Take my first drink of my blended drink and its disgusting obviously whoever made this did not know what to do at all. Its like blended milk water with a shot of burnt espresso. Ick. Go here if youd like to put 20 bucks straight in the garbage.

Large cold coffee sizes and it tastes better and cheaper than Starbucks, but the staff seems to be having a hard time. There are two employees that were always super friendly, but it seems that theyre gone now. The staff Ive seen the past little while dont seem to be as involved with their customers.

A bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The large size is bigger than a venti at starbucks (its huge!) so do keep that in mind. But if you are looking for some interesting flavors like cookie dough or brownie, go here! Your coffee will calm the sugar craving you have! Great place!

Best place for coffee bar none! you get way more for your money then the huge chain shop thats on every corner and in the grocery store next door and around this area . plus with everything ive tried that the other place has beans and brew had a better product by a long shot.

Probably the most expensive coffee in town. They dont know how to make an Americano correctly. Theres always a shiz ton of coffee grounds in my coffee. I would suggest Grounds For Coffee down the street.
