So, I decided to go all out for a pair of shoes. It turns out for some of these special Nike releases these days you have to sit with baited breath and respond to a Nike message via Twitter. If you do it fast enough then they respond to you and let you know you have a pair of shoes reserved and when to come pick them up. Well, I have tried this numerous times at various stores and always failed to be quick enough, but I actually succeeded this time! However, when they responded I was at work and the message stated the pickup date was that same day. I couldnt deal with extra stuff that work day so I gave up on the subject. A couple days later on the weekend I found out that NIKE MESSED UP and gave me the wrong date, and that if I jumped in my car at that moment I would probably end up at Nike 5-10 minutes outside my CORRECT time slot. So, I called and wasted time speaking to a manager letting him know what happened... that Nike gave me the wrong info, got me all mixed up, and that I had just figured it out. I let him know I was on my way so he could have my shoes held for me since they had my name on their special list and I would get there just a few minutes after my correct special time slot. He outright said no and treated me like it was all my fault. He said what should have happened is that I should have left work two days earlier on the INCORRECT day they had given me by error where upon arrival I would have promptly been told I completely wasted my time and would have to come back two days later on the correct day. What makes me so upset is that he blatantly had no concern for any confusion or time wasting that they caused me... that the acceptable (but no longer attainable) solution was for me to have wasted MORE of my time in the past rather than them just holding my shoes for 15 minutes in the present. Again, not only did I waste time playing their little game with Twitter, I was given confusing information and not even the manager made the slightest effort to help. All I wanted was for them to hold my shoes for 15 minutes... not a week, not a day, not an hour, but 15 minutes... and had they given me the correct information in the first place I wouldnt have had to ask for such an extreme and unreasonable request. Could they do that? No, not a chance. On top of that I was even told of another scenario where they would have been happy to have me waste more of my time driving out there for nothing without the slightest bit of concern on their end. I have written very few reviews for businesses in my life. I very rarely experience a business who simply does not care at all about a customers experience and satisfaction. I guess Nike is just too big and popular. I will keep this in mind for all future purchases that can be made from them.

Yes, this place is a profit driven snob magnet. If you want to make friends with sales people there are other places to go. This NIKE store carries the more expensive products mostly due to the location and the rent they pay. It is common sense really. Go here if you dont mind paying about 20% above market rates, are OK dealing with "nose in the air" teenage service folks and already know exactly what you want to buy. I do my research online and then call the store to check stock and simply show up, buy and leave. It works for me. When I have more time and want to save a buck I go to the NIKE store at Anthem.

I cant even rate it. I visited yesterday around 115pm. Walked around the store 3 times - looked at everything in every area...only 1 sales person said hello to me...didnt actually offer me assistance, just hello. Everyone else completely ignored me. I likely would have purchased a new pair of shoes & some clothes, but not one person approached me. I will never visit this store again...and I live here in town. BTW...the new products are pretty cool...might have bought a ton of stuff...NIKE its time for you to read the reviews about this location...there is an obvious pattern!!!

Would have purchase some sneakers while on vacation there in Scottsdale, except not a single employee offered to assist me. They helped people who entered after me....... Maybe cause Im black and they just assumed I didnt have money. Didnt hVe this problem in any other store on Scottsdale and it was a nice place would recommend the city but not this store.

Quinn and Brock were both extremely helpful. The staff as a whole were friendly and solicitous. They had what I was looking for and I was in & out quickly with no fuss! Great experience! I had to return my Free RNs! Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable! The exchange was completely hassle free! Im a huge fan of this location!

I always had a great experience at this location. I used to run with the run club and the team they designated to run with us was fantastic. They allowed us to try out shoes and gear before it launched which I thought was great. 5 stars for service, selection, and friendliness.

This is the worst Nike store I have ever been to. They are rude, everyone in that store needs to be fired I have never delt with so many disrespectful people. Another thing is they were assuming that I was stealing. Worst Nike Town ever. Do not give them any business.

Currently under construction, seating inside is a bit cramped and it is very noisy during high-traffic hours. The service and food is always amazing and the prices are typical for this area.
