Okay so Ive been running for about almost a year now and finally wanted to get a pair of legit running shoes that best set my feet. I decided to go here based off of all the amazing reviews of the place and man was everyone right, this place is paradise for all tiers of runners. The girl Melissa helped me find the perfect pair of shoes by quickly analyzing a 10-20 second clip of me running on the treadmill. She then brought out several pairs of shoes to test against which ones felt the best and I walked away with a pair of Nike Lunarglide 4. Now I could have easily just written it down and bought it for cheaper off Amazon or wherever but because of the tremendously good service I wanted to pay the extra and buy them there. Plus, I would feel pretty slimy if I walked off and bought them somewhere else so the choice was obvious. Another great thing was that I felt no pressure while I was there, everyone was just there to help. What a great experience! Its been 3 weeks with the shoes and they rock!!!

I recently decided to get into running for the first time, and wasnt sure what equipment was right for me. After talking to a few friends, I was recommended Sole Sports to get my gait analyzed and into the right pair of shoes. Micaela was extremely helpful, patient, and was willing to explain the benefits of all the types of equipment that might be useful to a first-timer, without any sales pressure. When I got home, I figured Id check on the price I paid online, assuming thered be a "specialty store" markup (which I wouldnt blame them, for the excellent service they provide), and I was very pleased to see their prices are very close to online stores. Ill definitely be back, and recommend to my friends!

I went into Sole Sports having already spent many frustrating hours in other athletic shoe stores. I was greeted immediately and even though the gentleman who helped me was also working with other customers, I never felt ignored. The video gait analysis really opened my eyes as to what I needed. The man who helped me had me try different shoes on each feet, had me run down the sidewalk and asked me to feel for which shoe "disappeared." After about seven pairs, I made my selection and couldnt be happier. This store has a very friendly atmosphere and I never felt pressured to purchase. I will definitely be coming back for all of my athletic shoe needs!

Such a great experience from start to finish! Im completely new to running even though Im 55, and I walk a lot but now I find I want to start running. The personal service I received here was just incredible. The staff made me feel right at home, took the time to assess my needs and had me try on running shoes until I found the right pair for me, never leaving my side. This is the kind of service youll never get from a big box store. If youre looking for anything for running, check out this place. It is amazing.

I was disappointed and utterly bewildered two times by this store. First, after extensive rigamaroll about fitting, gait, etc., the girl mis-fit me by one whole size I was told by a professional. Second, when I went to seek equitable consideration for their error in judgement, Joe only offered me 15%-20% off. Ive worn the shoes on 10-12 times, partly because I was out of country as a volunteer in Malawi for part of the year, and just dont wear tennies that often. I think their character and values are pathetic.

I went today to buy replacement exercise shoes. Flash (not sure if that was his real name or not) videoed me running on a treadmill and then analyzed my gait. He brought out many pairs of shoes for me to try on and encouraged me to walk and jog in them outside on the sidewalk. I can wear them inside at home and bring them back to trade in if I decide I dont like them. Flash was very patient, funny and knowledgeable. This will definitely be my familys new shoe store!

Solid gait analysis, great service. Found the store via Google looking for a gait analysis. Staff was very courteous and helpful and able to answer all the questions I had regarding the analysis and other running products I had been researching. I was so impressed by the service and knowledgable staff, I bought the shoes and socks recommended (after trying them out on their treadmill). Very happy with their service, analysis and product.

If you want the most educated and knowledgable runners in the valley to help you decide what shoes are best for you, this is the place! Along with great staff and a variety of shoes, they also have socks, apparel, water bottles, energy bars, anything a runner needs! This is the best running store Ive been to and the only one I suggest to my friends and family.

I needed a pair of walking shoes for my upcoming vacation. I recently went to Seattle and killed my feet. The sales staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and put up with my childish behavior. Ive never had so much fun buying a pair of shoes. The prices are fair and arent increased due to the services they provide. I will come back and recommend to others.

Get away from the improper up-sells from Road Runner Sports and get with a team of running veterans. Sole Sports cares about your longevity in the sport and has an awesome selection! If you are familiar with Road Runner you will notice that they will try to sell you a shoe along with a pair of socks and inserts. Corporate sales to the max!

Based on the reviews here I gave this place a try. Boy were they right. I needed some new shoes and these guys did the whole video analysis and brought out a ton of shoes for me to try. I was helped by a nice guy named Flash. Very patient and friendly, not pressured into buying anything and a relaxed environment. Will be back for more!

I have very high arches and an IT band issue. The staff was so helpful fitting me into shoes that would help me and I truly appreciated them taking so much time to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I would absolutely recommend this place for runners and prospective runners who need a good place for beginner info.

Got my gait tested and bought my first pair or real running shoes from them. They were very patient and let me try on every high stability shoe they had. Highly recommended, will be heading there later today to get another pair! If anyone I know is looking for running shoes I always send them to sole sports!

Bought my toe socks here and they are amazing. My only sadness is knowing that at some point I will have to remove my toe socks for washing but that problem is weeks away and by then I can buy more. And they correctly guessed the number of toes I have. I am very satisfied. And happy with my Experience
