I received a hat for Christmas that was defective. My daughter had already taken the stickers and tags off so that it could be sprayed the the protectant. I went to the Fanzz in the Orem mall and Angelique was down right rude with me. Told me with out the tags she WOULD not return or exchange it! Her tone and attitude with me was uncalled for and I will not be returning to that store for future purchases!!!
