The staff was great, considering they got to deal with me three times for one final pair of shoes -- turns out Pearl iZumi has some serious sizing issues. Almost a full two sizes off! Unfortunately, PI is getting rid of their shoe line + Im not a cyclist so I probably wont be back now that Im stocked up on my trail shoes.

While brand is popular and great, items are still overly priced, even in an outlet store. Very sad that PI is getting out of running business. The moment they redesigned their trail running shoes that I love, I knew they are not unique any longer with running.

Nice selection of clothing , however it seems way overpriced. Second time I have dropped in and the prices are no different than other retail store that stocks Pearl Izumi. Can always find it cheaper on the web.
