This North Face has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, North Face has great products but I will not buy from this location ever. Staff is ignorant and doesnt even acknowledge that customers are even there, no eye contact nothing. Customer Service is always key to a great shopping experience and this store has zero. Will not shop at this location again.

Rare that you see a North Face brick and mortar. Expect more of a foot locker vibe focused on outdoor adventure, rather than a full blow outdoor gear shop. In other words, dont expect to see a lot of tents, sleeping backs, ect., but rather shoes, apparel, and some sleeping bags, maybe their most popular tent.

Have purchased several products from North Face. Always happy with the product. Recently purchased a Base Camp Duffle Bag and somehow ended up missing one of the shoulder straps. One call to Customer Service and a replacement strap was in the mail. No questions asked. Excellent Customer Service.
