I bought 5 pairs of shoes here in the last year and been buying here for the last 4 years. Recently I purchased a pair and they fell apart instantly. Didnt even wear them for a month. So I called them and i talked to Devin and he said "come on in and we can help you with them" . I drove 20 minutes to get there and I talked to Devin and he told me to talk to the manager Adena. She was beyond rude. Very rude. She didnt want to help me with them and finally she said she would give me a credit for them. A 24 dollar credit for the shoe when I paid 70 for them. They are ripping off a true customer. I drove 20 minutes to talk to them and they wouldnt help. Very disappointing. I Will NEVER COME TO THIS STORE AGAIN. RUDE MANAGER. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO ADIDAS OR UNDER ARMOR FOR SHOES. (they are in the same mall)

A few minutes before closing they wouldnt let me in when I knew exactly where my shoes I wanted were that they told me were on hold for me for the time being to call my bank, whoever was there to lock me out was very rude and would not allow me to make a one minute transacation at the counter very disappointed with the management and makes me not want to shop at this Nike outlet.

My son got a sweatshirt on clearance and it was still over $100. He made a good case for it and a staff member supported him. We are on vacation so I have been spoiling him. The store was pretty clean and nice looking.

There are so many deals to be had, got two pairs of Frees and work out clothes for under $100. Staff isnt very outgoing but can hell if needed.
