I was very pleased with my order from Cactus Flower Florists. The flower arrangement was stunning and designed with quality flowers besides being reasonably priced, my sister loved them. Moreover, I received polite, prompt service. I have had it with 1-800 type tele florists and will not utilize these services ever again, I will go directly to actual florist. These type of floral services as mentioned above just hike up the price of the order and I highly doubt that most of these services are familiar with the florist. Every time I have used them the product delivered has usually been poor and at times not even delivered at all! Thus, the latter when it occurred required a time inconvenience of calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. Nevertheless, my experience with Cactus Flower Florist was pleasant and I would definitely recommend utilization of their services, I will not hesitate placing future orders with them.

I have been an infrequent but long-term customer of Cactus Flower since the early 1990s. Last year I had unsatisfactory experiences with one of the shops, but decided to give the Phoenix shop a try. Good decision, for the one order they delivered. I stopped in yesterday to order for V Day. A somewhat distracted employee tossed a couple tattered catalog pages on the table for me to choose from, and described a few. When I asked that it be delivered by the time the recipient leaves work, she said school delivery was before 2, and businesses by 5 PM. Since the recipient leaves work by 3, I asked that she be included in the "school" delivery. No can do, policy is policy! It came down to a quick but clearly evident battle of wills between the young employee and me, she wasnt going to budge, and I wasnt going to risk the order being late. So I voted with my dollars, 150 of them, and took my business elsewhere.

Flowers were delivered on time as promised. Something happened with the printing of the card & it was cut in half. The recipient had no idea who the flowers were from. Kind of embarrassing to have to call & ask if she received her flowers. When I called the shop to let them know, I was told by "an old grammar school teacher" that my grammar was incorrect, a few words were capitalized & some spacing was wrong. All intentional by myself. Was also told that it was done online, so maybe that was the issue? I was informed that a replacement order, could be sent. Not sure why I would need more flowers, when I sent flowers a day earlier. A simple apology would have been suffice, but I was made to feel like it was me that did something wrong. Terrible customer service. Will not go back & will tell friends & family to go elsewhere.

I have used Cactus Flowers for every important occasion in the last 18 months. Since I live in Singapore for work, I cannot personally deliver flowers to friends and loved ones they way I used to. The next best thing is to order locally in AZ and have them delivered. I use their website to order flowers and it has worked perfectly every time. Their flower selections are wonderful, and for some crazy reason the recipients usually are so happy to delighted they send me photos of their arrangements..... and even though I am 10k miles away, I can see first hand how beautiful the flowers are that were delivered. Always on times, always fresh and beautiful, always make my people happy. I will continue to use them! Thank you Cactus Flowers.

Flower Child

The flower arrangement did not look like the pic in the advertisement. A cheap plastic shallow tray was used in exchange for an expensive tall copper tin planter thats supposed to come with the order. The manager at the Scottsdale office was extremely rude and unapologetic for the mistakes they made. I feel compelled to write this review so others can no longer be deceived and mistreated the way I was treated. Please potential customers check out the one star reviews on Yelp about this florists over the years.

Aerogelic Ballooning

My Mom was working for this company as a delivery person for valentines day. I thought it a great idea for them to hand her her route being to herself from her 2 sons and grandchildren. They lady on the phone advised me they do that every once in a while and that will be no problem, and she will get it done extra well for someone that works there. Well my Mom never got anything, although they charged my card $80. Will update as the request for my money back pursues as they wont talk to me about it right now.

Cactus Flower saved the day! I was able to order a beautiful bouquet of a dozen pink roses, day of, at 1:15 PM and they were delivered promptly to my wife, at work, within 2 hours! None of the other local flower shops were able to accommodate that quick of a delivery, while still charging a very competitive price! They made me look really good on my anniversary date! I will definitely use them again and I will highly recommend their services to others…thank you!

I love the folks here. Ive been coming by over the past few years, and have always received top notch help assembling my arrangements. They have a very large book of ideas to order online, but I like coming in for the fresh cut selections. The selection is not as deep as ordering a pre-arranged bouquet, but the prices and surprise of piecing something together cant be beat. Multiple locations for valley-wide delivery, too.

I wanted to send a thank-you arrangement to friends in Cave Creek after a visit there. Living in San Diego, I wanted to use a local establishment so went to Google to find one. Cactus Flower Florists came up so I ordered a nice little succulent garden. Ordering was easy, delivery was next day, price was very reasonable, and my friend posted a photo of the arrangement, showing me it was exactly as promised. Thanks!

We order from Cactus Flower Florists all the time for my mom. We have ordered from other florists in the past but once we found Cactus Flowers we have stayed with them. Their products are consistently exactly as shown on the website, they last a long time, and they are always a big hit. The purple orchid in the tall glass vase for Mothers Day was the best one yet. She loved it!

As always Cactus Flower came thru for me... the bouquet was lovely and they even put it in a carrier to help me get it there. I love this flower shop! The staff is friendly and helpful, the flowers are beautiful and they even have arrangements that are specifically southwest style!! You can order a pre-made arrangements or call and tell them what you are wanting and they will suggest flowers to make a beautiful one of a kind bouquet! This is my go to florist!
