I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother for mothers day. Ordered on Friday and paid almost $20 extra for delivery on Saturday, the day BEFORE mothers day. when my mom didnt receive the flowers by 4 pm I called and was tools they subcontracted it to another shop and they could not get hold of them. After several phone calls back and forth, nothing was done to resolve the issue. Saturday came and went...no delivery. Called Sunday morning, tools they still didnt get hold of the other shop and they seemed clueless on how to get hold of anyone there. After several more phone calls back and forth and now being after 3pm I said forget it, mothers day is over. They did nothing for me for their screw up. I did finally ask to speak with a supervisor who said they would refund my money and deliver the flowers Monday.the day after mothers day. Needless to say...she did not receive them. When called Monday evening, they had yet another excuse and passed blame again onto their subcontractor. They said she would have them on Tuesday...we shall see.

Paid for flowers to be delivered on valentines day. I was asked for two phone numbers in case there was any delivery issues. Well the flowers were delivered a day late and mind you no phone call was made saying they would not make it out. Called them to ask them why and no reason was really given just a sorry. I was asked if Id like a refund i said no how about you deliver another dozen roses today before 5pm. Well guess what.... No delivery was made and the first dozen about half of them were already brown around the edges.. I will never use this company again. Better off going to frys and picking them out myself and paying a courier service to deliver like how i used to.
