Ordered the Love and Laughter - Premium for my wifes anniversary. What I received was an artists "interpretation" of the item pictured on their website. Website states: "delivered in a sweet lilac vase thats tied with a purple satin ribbon" what I got was a cheap clear vase instead. I can accept that the flowers had not yet bloomed to match the picture but the flowers were actually wilted and was told "theyre supposed to look like that" after calling to complain. Was also told that the florist had already gone to the market that day when my order was received (9:30 am) and didnt want to find the matching vase. If what youre receiving is not what is stated on your website, TELL PEOPLE THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE! Seriously, Safeway has better arrangements than what I received. Florist took absolutely NO responsibility at all for anything and became argumentative at times when I was trying to explain the issues with the arrangement. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

I called from Colorado with an order for a bouquet to be delivered to a friend who is in Scottsdale for medical issues. Stems Florist were helpful and kind on the phone. The bouquet was delivered within a couple of hours. My friend texted me a photo of the bouquet - its spectacular and colorful and very nice quality! I highly recommend Stems Florist and will call them in the future if I need flowers delivered in the Scottsdale area. Thanks from Colorado!

I recently moved to Scottsdale and received a beautiful "Sugar Maples" arrangement. The owner, Cynthia delivered them to my home and she was just lovely. The arrangement was beautiful and lasted for almost two weeks. I was very pleased with this beautiful floral arrangement. Great job Cynthia!

If you want to talk about customer service- these people are the best. Called and right away were able to get my delivery out the door. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was absolutely wonderful and such a great help. Couldnt say anything better! Stems is the best youre gonna get.
