DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!! Only gave 1 star because there is no Zero option. Ordered a fruit arrangement for an office potluck on 04/08/16 and was lied to and told it would be delivered before noon no problem, they wold make it their first delivery. Of course in retrospect, this was just done to get the order. After several calls to the store and them repeatedly stating the driver was on the way, the driver is 10 min away ect...I became so exasperated, and embarrassed that I had used these people, placed the order THE DAY BEFORE. ... and had to show up with nothing, that I told them to cancel the order. I was told the order would be canceled and my card refunded. Thirty to forty minutes later the baskets were delivered ANYWAY. I called the store immediately and told them so they could come pick them up and the desk clerk puts me on hold "to find out what happened " then comes back to the phone and states "Ill call you back". Needless to say that she never did. I physically drove to the store after work. ...which is laughably 10 min from my job., to ask if they refunded the charges....the desk person nastily said "I guess we can go back and pick them up " Isnt that a hoot, now she wants to pick them up. I glared at her and told her they were still at the office and she could go get them. Then she babbled something about her computer and went to the back claiming she needed to talk to somebody. She stayed in the back for nearly 30 minutes. ...Im sure hoping I would leave. The phone was ringing like crazy and no one came out to answer it, which shows how poorly the store is run. This clerk, then finally comes out and begins to ask me what I was told on the phone. Having given this enough of my energy and seeing that they had LIED to me yet again. ..I asked her how she would feel if it happened to her and left the store telling her I would most certainly use my only recourse available and that is to dispute the charge on my credit card. ...which I did. Whether I win or lose, at least I didnt take it laying down. After I filed the dispute I was done with it. ..until my brother asked why I was upset that day, when I explained. ..he said you should at least write a review on this, it may save someone else the same hassle. .. So here you go folks, I am not going to put down the entire outfit, but I sure would be wary of this branch.

Called into cancel my online order because I had made a mistake by ordering the wrong thing. A woman named Heidi answered and spoke to me very rudely like she did not want to be on the phone. Told her I made the mistake and completely ignored me when I said I wanted to order the correct one with her on the phone. She said thank you and said Goodbye and such a rude manner. Im happy I canceled that order because that place deserves no business with a woman like that behind the front desk

Ordered a 138.00 arrangement for my BF on line. It was his 55th birthday. First I called the store on Bell and they said it was a regular. But I ordered a large. Second. I ordered Happy Birthday Balloons and they said Thank You. I am so very upset. I will never order online with Edible Arrangements. This was not a special birthday for him. Nor was it a happy occasion for me.

Popped in for a very last minute anniversary. They were super helpful, and even helped me customize a happy birthday arrangement to become an I love you arrangement. Not sure why other people had poor experiences, but I have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend.

Edible arrangements contacted me confirming they delivered an arrangement for me. Several days later I contacted the recipient and they had no idea what I was talking about. They lied about the delivery and charged me $90 Use with caution!

The service was good, however, the fruits itself in the arrangement were not fresh. After spending about $200 on a bouquet for an occasion, we were not happy with the quality of the fruits.
