Well Enchanted Florist I feel are a shady, unorganized, and definitely not upscale boutique business. They did the flowers for my wedding, they did an initial quote for me and in the end we had half the amount of people; but they still charged the full amount and did half of what was agreed. It all just seem thrown together last minute, they made changes to the flowers without consulting me first. The arrangement compositions were poorly executed, and my Glameila bouquet was a disaster!. I wanted something unique and classic and they made it look cheap, I get it and it is all gnarly fake pedals with staple holes all over them, let just say I was embarrassed to have my photos with it, and ashamed to even walk down the isle. I would highly recommend you stay away from this business, by the way they screen calls makes me think creditors are at the door anyway.

I had to reorder on the day that I needed the arrangement because of an allergy and they were delivered 10 minutes earlier than expected! The receptionist that took my call, expressed complete understanding. They also helped me choose an arrangement that fit my need. When the arrangement arrived, the flowers were fresh. They smelled great!!! And were in the proper order as requested. There were no excess charge fees or setbacks. I received , multiple compliments that evening. My boss who, in which gave me the task and fully relied on me for the order commended me. And I owe my thanks to Enchanted Florist. They know their business and how to treat their customer.

I just made a long distance call to Enchanted Florist to place an order for today. I have no idea what the quality of their arrangement will be, but I do know the person answering their phone needs some customer service training. She was constantly speaking to others in her office as she was taking my information, so I did not feel she was focusing on her customer. At one point she yelled out "good morning" to a colleague in her office. It was rather rude behavior, I thought. I considered cancelling the order but I was too busy to start looking for another florist. I just hope the flowers they send are not a disappointment.

I would give this florist 100 stars I if I could. My girlfriend and I were in charge of the flowers for our friends wedding. We had them in our fridge overnight and one of the big arrangements died! The flowers were not originally from Enchanted Florist, but if they had been this wouldnt have happened. We rushed into see if they could help replace the wilted and dead flowers and not only did they perfectly fix it in record time, they were beyond kind, generous and helpful! Thank you so much for saving the day, Enchanted Florist! You literally saved the day! I would recommend this florist to EVERYONE!

You truly get what you pay for. I purchased 2 dozen roses and asked to have them delivered between 1PM and 2PM. The delivery time window was very small so I wouldnt expect anyone to hit it and I would understand. The Enchanted Florist did deliver during my tiny window. The flowers were unbelievable. I paid a little more than the online giants but I was told by several woman that they have never seen or received roses that long/large and beautiful. Thanks, totally recommend this place. I wish I could remember the persons name that took my order, good guy. Dale, Dave, Dan??

Please trust me when I say this place is bad news. They did the flowers for my wedding... The flowers delivered were not what we discussed and were partially dead. A florist had to come to my weding to fix them, so I dont have flowers in any of the photos leading up to my ceremony. My four phone calls to Fran, the owner, were never returned, and I have never gotten an apology let alone anything else. I am very upset at the product I was given and at the lack of customer service. I cannot warn enough that this is a terrible business.

I support local business... Here are a few reasons why. I called the florist-Dale- he was informative and nice and helped me pick what I wanted. Within five minutes I had a higher quality product and lower price than the rest of those websites could offer me. Also, my delivery time was set much sooner than those sites. Enchanted Florists are communal and kind and if you or anyone you know are looking for a beautiful arrangement with little headache served with care-CALL THESE FLORISTS. What a nice experience. Even though I hear some people saying that they did not have a good experience over here, but I actually had a very good time. The service was quick and hassle free. The environment was so clean and the staff was surely helpful. I got my bouquet decorated just the way I wanted and the flower were just amazing. The roses and sunflowers were fresh, and the decoration was just mind blowing. Loved the service and would recommend you guys to go check it out if you need a florist.

I use the Enchanted Florist for all my floral needs. I can always find something just right for the occasion there, and the staff is always attentive and helpful even during holidays when they are extremely busy. I find their location in old town Scottsdale to be really convenient and have also used their online ordering and their delivery and received stellar service with each. When something floral is the order of the day I always visit the Enchanted florist.

After buying and paying for my arrangement 3 weeks before Valentines. I called 6 times all day long with only 1 call back telling me she promised it would be there before 5pm. Guess what ! it was not. Can not tell you enough to stay away from companies that can not follow through with their own business or services, and have nothing but excuses on why they didnt do their promised times.

Enchanted Florist is wonderful. I stopped by to pick up an arrangement for a friend going through a difficult time. The staff was helpful and attentive and I found the perfect arrangement at a reasonable price. Even better, the arrangement stayed fresh and beautiful for well over a week. After calling 5 florists with no success to deliver flowers on a Saturday afternoon I called this company. They were very fast and efficient over the phone. The lady I talked to was very kind and upbeat. She had the order put together very quickly. Now we will see if they make the delivery on time. But so far I am very pleased with the service. I would recommend!

The arrangements are so beautiful and unique and the flowers smell so good. I went down there and let them know what I wanted for an anniversary bouquet and they made the most perfect arrangement for me. The best part is that their staff and customer service is just as great as their flowers. I will definitely use them again!
