I have always liked going to this location before. I would have given this location 5*s because its my home B&N. I would go once a week for years. They have many local authors on their event calendar. However recently, I had a story published about fighting cancer and I asked the manager if I could give a talk and hold a signing, as a local author, he turned it down very cursily. Even though the book can be purchased at B&N online he was very cold and dismissal through the whole conversation. His manner left a very negative feeling to the whole B&N experience.

I love this store -however Vivian in Customer Service could not have been more rude. I asked for help finding a book and I was obviously inconviencing her from doing some form of paperwork. I would think if she is working the customer service counter that the customer would come first. She found my book and thrust it at me and turned and walked away. I said thank you to the departing back and received no acknowledgment in return. Very Very rude.

I thought that I might be able to bring my kids here to get them some books. Unfortunately there are kids toys everywhere. My kids are 5 and 8 so when they see toys they lose interest in books. So instead of buying a book for each kid they just played with toys for an hour then we left. This place would be great to buy kids books as long as you dont bring kids.

A family friendly bookstore that offers a music and movie center and Starbucks inside. Free WiFi is also available. The store is well kept and organized and offers a vast assortment of books and magazines for adults as well as a separate childrens section that includes books, toys and a small play area.

Always friendly and helpful personnel. Instead of telling where a book is located they always escort you. If a book is not in stock they will order it for you from their warehouse if possible. You then have two weeks to return it. My favorite bookstore in the whole Valley!

The last of the brick and mortar book shops. If youre looking for an actual magazine or a book then this is your best destination. While I order digital publications from the big e-commerce sites I still enjoy browsing a book or magazine section.
