Its been over a year now since i have been at this location or any for that matter due to the disgraceful service and attitude by so many Petclub staff. I happened to be in the vincity so i figured what the heck i will stop on in, and I thought to myself that things couldnt be any worse than it was all that time ago, wow! Was i totally wrong thinking that. The employees still have no idea how to treat their customers with tge utmost respect we all deserve. So many of the employees have attitudes and look so miserable working at Petclub. I walked up to 2 employees restocking the shelves, a simple Cat food question and they didnt have a clue and said to go ask the lady up front, so i did and you can probably guess were that got me. I didnt waste anymore of my precious time and immediatley exited the negative atmoshere and went right over to Petsmart. Now thats a place i can always count on helpful and highly knowledgable employees. I will continue to go to Petsmart no matter how far i might be from their store location. SAY NO TO PETCLUB! SAY YES TO ANY OTHER!!! If the CEO of Petclub doesnt get this under control like NOW! The only throne he/she will find themself sitting upon is the Crapper!

I have been on a dog food purchase plan for 1 year. When you purchase 12 you get 1 free. I am one purchase away from FREE dog food and the girl looks at my card and says, "this card is old". She and another gal determined that I have to START OVER with my purchases! I asked them if the $40 dog food purchase is worth the loss of future business and they stated the rules are "on the card". To which I said, "I have never had that card in my hand and you guys keep the card for future visits. I didnt know the rules because you never told me and I have never been given the card." To which they basically said, "oh well your purchases were old anyway!." I average a #50 bag a month. I will not be back to PET CLUB. It seems like a great scam to me. I purchase everything I am supposed to for the free and right at the last minute they say, "oops never mind." NOT COOL Pet Club! I contacted NB, the dog food corporation, and notified them how the local retailer is not honoring or presenting their rewards program accurately or fairly. I am a few miles from Petco and Petsmart. I wanted to support local business, but I will be going to the big box retailers for my future purchases.

DONT BUY PETS HERE Quite a few issues with this place as far as the pets are concerned and the lady managers attitude. Bought 10 chickens all together. Out of the 10 bought on seperate occasions, only 4 of them have survived. The rest died within 1 day of purchase. Bought a rabbit from this store. It died 2 days later. A neighbor reccommended to call and ask for a refund. Lady manager to me came off as rude and did not seem concerned in any matter and did not offer anything at all in return. .If pet sales are final-number one it should be explained BEFORE purchase. Number two- even a 15% off coupon would be NICE as this was bought as a pet for children. Instead she just hung up the phone after I said okay. Even to offer something would be more professional than hanging up.

I brought my Min-Pin in for a harness and the two ladies at the counter were extremely helpful. They took the time to go through the harnesses with me, picked out a few and helped me try them on her so that I could find the one with the most secure and comfortable fit. They also had a lot of other stuff there like boots and carhartt clothing, to name a few. I ended up getting some mink oil for my work-boots and a few other small knick-knacks for my dogs. Everything seemed to be reasonably priced compared to other stores. They definitely earned a new frequent customer today. Thanks ladies, sorry I didnt catch your names!

For as many employees as they have, youd think that someone would be able to help you or that you could check out in less than an hour. But youd be wrong. Bumbling idiots who ask for three forms of ID for you to use your DEBIT card and card machines that are 5 decades old and employees who cant seem to find ANYTHING in the computer. They stand there and chit chat to each other while you wait at the counter holding products. They dont honor their own coupons and buyers clubs, and give you trouble when you try to do a company rebate. This place is a joke. Go anywhere else, they dont deserve the business.

I took my two dogs to Pet Club on N. Ganzel Rd. In Queen Creek to be groomed for the first time today. Sharon took the time to explain the full grooming services they were going to provide, as well as how they would carefully proceed with my little dogs to ensure they would have a good experience. When I returned to pick them up, they were beautiful, and happy with tails wagging! My husband was very happy with the way they looked, and noticed how good they smelled. The nail trim was also excellent. Ill be definitely be returning to this groomer again!

Ive been in twice now for fish antibiotics and I just had to comment on how horrible the customer service was. 1st time the young girl tried to sell me expired antibiotics aguing with me telling me its fine. Today my bill came to $34 i pulled out a 20 and reached in another pocket for more she belts out "you need 34 " like im stupid. No smiles and if you ask these girls anything they react as if your an irritant. Hate going in their they prob. Deal with the same farmers and cowboys but the need to up their customer service.

I have shopped at this store three times now and bought horse supplies, tack, alfalfa, horse feed and raw dog food. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. Many of them do not have great knowledge of the products they carry but they always have gone out of their way to get information for me. The quality of the alfalfa and bermuda hay here far surpasses what I can get at my local tack and feed store. This store is sometimes temporarily out of stock on certain items so I always call before I go.

I took in a coupon that came in the mail that said $10 off ANY purchase of $35 or more and the manager there refused to honor it because part of the purchase was a bale of hay. She said they wouldnt include hay sales as a purchase towards the $35 despite the fact that the coupon said ANY purchase. This is not the first time Ive gotten attitude from this manager or heard her being rude to others. My money and I will be shopping elsewhere.

I used to shop at this Pet Club all of the time and spent a lot of money. No more. They have the rudest employees, especially some of the boys that load hay. I know it might not be your ideal job but it is a job and theres people out there that would be happy to have it. This store has lost my business. I will go to the store on Power Road for now on because the people there are very nice and helpful.
