My dog is having some trouble with separation anxiety. While I was standing near the registers looking up reviews for a product meant to help calm dogs for shorter stressful situations, Matt came up and asked us how were doing. He let us know the product we were looking at probably wouldnt work and that specific training would be far more effective. He went so far as to show us when their free workshops are so that we can come and see if we are interested in training. He was great to talk to and way more interested in achieving a positive outcome for our dog than moving another product off the shelf. He was knowledgable, friendly, and made me feel a lot better about my dogs recent behavior issues. I learned more talking to Matt for 5 minutes than I did researching separation anxiety for a week. We will definitely be back! Additionally, Bre is fantastic. She was solely our cashier, but took the time to greet our dog, ask us what we were there for, and made smalltalk with us instead of scanning our items and showing us the door. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in our dogs wellbeing and nobody pushed products on us we didnt want. Again, we will definitely be back.

Do NOT take your dog here for training. I had my puppy enrolled in a class and the instructor called out 3 times in a 6 week class!! Unacceptable. Merchandise is overpriced and even a manager was rude to me a few weeks ago. I will only shop here in an emergency otherwise Ill drive across town to Pet Smart. The classes, if you can call them that are overpriced as well. Careful if you are buying puppy food or they will try to get you enrolled in a class...beware! They lost a customer.

I took on building an aquarium with no knowledge or experience this week and the help I received from Kendall and Troy was phenomenal. Kendall was bouncing around the store, helping other staff members that were still acclimating to their jobs; still helping me at the same time. She probably saved me from killing a lot of fish by suggesting I wait for the nitrogen cycle to take hold in my new tank. Thank you! The fish thank you too.

i have 3 rats from this store. they all look mostly the same but they have great little personalities! my main point is they are healthy my 3 boys have had no health problems. the same goes for the mice, ginuea pigs and ferrets, all are healthy and active. if you are looking for a small animal this is the place to go in flag

Whenever we visit this Petco we are always treated so well, Adam is a really great partner there he always helps with anything and everything we have questions about. We take our dog there for great haircuts. Thanks guys!
