Today I took in my dogs to be groomed at this location for the first and last time. I am beyond upset with the service after the fact. I was already upset that the groomer acted as if she knew what was best for my pets, also since I was promised to be the first clients and wasnt, however it got much worse. Picking up my dogs I thought they looked great. Within 2 minutes of my dogs being home I noticed on one of my dogs bellies she was severely cut and razor burned. 1inch wide and freshly starting to scab. Things happen, but the groomer failed to ever mention this. Thankfully I was able to bandage her up myself. My other dog didnt need clipped thank goodness, however not even his nails were done properly. I wont be going back ever, I dont recommend this groomer. They are very poorly experienced and now I see why they have you sign a disclosure stating no refunds are given and they arent responsible for any mistakes during that time.

So I had recently had a terrible experience at a highly rated groomer in the area. I had been treated terribly everytime and the schnauzer cut they did never looked that good. I was nervous to try a new place because I was already at the "best" salon, BUT I loved this Pet Club location. Its a little less traditional than what Im used to and was slightly confused when I went in, but they were very familiar with the special shampoos my dog needs for his dry skin and had many options to try for his skin dryness in the future (no pressuring at all!). My dog was done within 2 hours and he look so handsome. Best schnauzer cut hes had in awhile. The groomer was really sweet too. Only downside is you have to bring cash to tip, it cannot be charged. That is the fault of the company and I feel bad for the groomer :(

For prices and convenience, this is my go-to store. All the really healthy brands of food at much cheaper prices than the big-name pet stores. I also give them great credit for effort, but their management needs some work. Im always asked if I need a bag, even if Im obviously struggling carrying an armload of cans, sometimes nobody is at the counter or visible in the store, they always seem to have blocked isles in *front* of the store as they rearrange stock, they always try to look up my number or put me "in the system," which serves no real purpose, when I really just want to get in and out. The employees are all really friendly and try really hard though, so I cant blame them for the odd policies and procedures. Its a relatively new store so Im optimistic theyll get into a better pace as time goes.

I have been shopping here for months buying a certain brand of dog food. After a certain amount of purchases you get a free bag. Its a lie! They refused me and said I was supposed to be cutting the UPC from the bags and saving them. I was never told this. Also I want to the other location and they will not honor that purchase either. Dont waste your time hoping their club. It has absolutely no benefits whatsoever. The teenager cashiers have 0 training. Only go here if there is something you must have and cannot get anywhere else. Otherwise avoid at all costs!

I have brought my dogs in for grooming here a couple of times and Ive been very happy with the service here. With a lot of grooming options in the area I decided to try this one because they are priced quite a bit less than the others. They do an excellent job and are very friendly, they make sure to ask if you are happy with the job and make corrections if necessary. Also, the store offers a lot of natural food selections at really good prices, usually a couple bucks below what we normally pay at petsmart. I definitely would recommend them!

I really like them for grooming. I have a small poodle and Andrea, her groomer, does a wonderfuljob.All of the groomers are very good and I have been in there when they had a very nervous dog and one of them sat at the dogs head talking and loving the dog while another one groomed him so he wouldnt be as nervous. You can also just get your dog bathed if you want and not groomed. They sell quality dog food

I love everything about this store. For quality food and convenience you cant beat it. Back up the to the front door, go inside and pay and the clerk gets the food and puts it in the trunk :-) Never even have to pick up the bag! Also for grooming - you cannot find more caring dog loving staff - I recommend liza!!!

This place is awesome! The staff is very friendly and the prices are lower then other stores. Ive taken my dogs in for grooming and will be returning! The groomer is great and does an amazing job! Shes great with the animals and knows what shes doing. Ive never been disappointed coming to this store!
