My dog has gone to this location for grooming several times & we never had any issues. Yesterday was a different story. Admittedly she was overdue for grooming but when I picked her up, she was obviously uncomfortable in her hind legs. It progressively got worse as the evening went on & at 2:30am she was whimpering, crying & wouldnt stand up. In the AM, she was still unwilling to get up, walked with very tiny steps & she wont lift her tail! I took her to an urgent care vet (normal vet is closed on weekends) & they said her tail/hip are is probably strained from being held and/or tied up while they cleaned up the fur around her bottom. I understand that this is probably normal practice for grooming down there, but obviously it was too long in the position or too high or something. PetSmart said they did nothing wrong. They did give me my money back for the grooming but didnt even apologize or show empathy that she was in pain after being in theIr care for 5 hours! Sad.

The first time we tried to use the groomers, we made an appointment, when we arrived they claimed we didnt have a appointment but they would work us in. Three hours later our dog still wasnt ready. The guy at the desk was rude and condescending. When our dog was finished he wasnt cut properly. We tried again today but walked out again because their rude and condescending attitude. Strike out. No more chances.

Great location, but its hard to find what youre looking for (like cat collars)... and it seems like they are never fully stocked up. Another thing lacking is their online order pick up service. Its rarely ready before I get there.
