When this store first started, they had great service. The owners were great and very knowledgeable. Now, the kids they have hired have really brought the place down. I took my dog to be washed today seeing their ad on the krqe website. I walk in and request a tub and the young man, with a confused look on his face, turns to the female and asks if its too late. . She nods yes.. mind you its slightly before 530pm and they close at 7.. This is not stated in the ad. . Another incident prior to this, I went to buy a large bag of dog food. . (Roughly $48.00). They didnt have my specific brand and offered two smaller bags for the price of a large. . (Two smaller bags have less food than one large bag).. Im not sure if they really thought I was getting a deal, but I refused and she stated, "thats ok, someone well buy them".. Well, I think at this point, I dont feel they truly want my business, so I will travel a little further, and maybe pay a little more, but Ill be treated like my business matters. .

I have been shopping here since they opened the doors. This little (actually its pretty large now lol) pet store is more like a community than a business. I am also always greatly impressed with the amount of outreach and assistance they provide to the rescue community. They stand behind their products and they are always helpful. I have had numerous experiences where I was willing and ready to buy and expensive product only to be told of another that they had used and recommended that was better and cheaper. What kind of business discourages shoppers from purchasing the more expensive item? Not very many in my opinion. I typically do not take the time to post reviews, but I love this store and love the folks there. I consider myself fortunate that it is in my neighborhood. Never taking my Maltipoo for grooming again. They shaved his tail, Maltipoos are suppose to have a plumme, it is going to take years to re-grow. They nicked the inside of both his ears. I was up all night with him, he couldnt sleep, he kept scratching at his ears. Told the owner, her only response was she would talk to the groomer because that isnt how they do business. My maltipoo looks like a terrier and was even barking at himself in the mirror, because he has NEVER been cut that short!! Its July in the Southwest, I have to keep a shirt on him if he goes outside to avoid being sunburned. Looking for a new groomer. Service is great if you are ONLY buying dog food or treats.

I am so glad that this Premium Pet Food store opened up so close to my home. I used to have to travel so far away to another place. I am a business owner of XpectMore Petcare and I refer so many of my pet clients to Pet Food Gone Wild. All of them are pleased as well. We all love Roberto, and his knowledge, and all of the advice that he gives. He has been so helpful through the years. I buy my personal dogs food there plus much more. Has has helped me in so many ways. He also treats me like an important client and I appreciate that so much.

I wish I can give it zero stars!! This is a late review, but awhile back I went in there to take my dog to get groomed. Worst experience ever!!! I first walked in, great customer service which was a man then this lady comes out which was his wife I assumed, throwing me dirty looks as I stand there waiting for the groomer to take my dog not only did I feel uncomfortable with the lady staring me down but waiting there for 20 mins to take my dog when I made a appt . No thank u Ill take my business somewhere else!!!

The customer service is phenomenal! Im completely sold. I went in there with my adopted Bichon last year. They gave us start up food and a complimentary bath (with proof of adoption), that got me in the door but the customer service keeps me coming back month after month. Their prices are comprabable if not lower than the big chain pet stores. Support a local business and get the attention you and your pet deserve!

Lots of healthy pet-food options are available here. Our puppy suffers from allergies. The staff was able to recommend a limited ingredient food that seems to have helped quite a bit. They also have DIY dog bathing stations available. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Weve been customers for almost two years, and I dont see us switching any time soon.

Pets Gone Wild is a great store. They have many options to choose from and 3 out out of 7 of my pets have special needs which are being met. I have been going to this great store for 3 years now and the people there are wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. They even have 2 "do-it-yourself bathing stations! I love this store! Beats big box stores any day.

Ive been wanting to try this place out for a while but never had the nerve to actually go. But finally i went, and i regret not going any sooner. I took my pit luna for a self wash and as soon as i walked in the store was nice and clean great help and they showed me where everything was that i needed for the wash.

I love this place I have no negative things to say about it my dogs love the food I love the girls that work there they are so knowledgeable and help you out and if they dont know something they will straight up tell you I do not know I love the bathing table that they have I just love this place

This is the best dog store period. The staff cares about your pet and service is excellent. For example, one of my dogs has allergies. The owner gave me a full bag of food at no cost to try because she wanted to make sure it would help my pet. They consistently help the community.

These guys have taken such great care of me when it comes to caring for my dogs. Much better than the experience I had at the big box retailers with Pet in the name. Its unfortunate that I usually have to have a bad experience with the big guys before finding a local vendor.

Garbage Service. Came to use there self service wash and to find out i cant because they close at 5pm for cleaning. I called ahead of time to check and was told 530. The chubby girl with the glasses rude. Will never go back. Thanks for the best first time experience. :)

Pet Food Gone Wild is the BEST! I have been shopping there for a couple years now. Their staff is fantastic, extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the products they carry. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would not go anywhere else. Kipp Price
