Well I saw great prices and many of the people on chicken websites I read recommended this place but my experience was awful. My husband went before and they charged his one bail of hay as a huge roll so $99 instead of $9. Today we went for some items. Ducklings were in a cage with a bone dry water dish and they frantically trying to get water, the poor babies. They corral the chicks so you cant get close to look. They were 20 min from closing and when we asked for hay we were told it was just locked and they wouldnt open it. Hmmm. So basically closing 20 min early? And then after paying, they couldnt provide a receipt and after the last time they jacked up our bill so I am not confident its right but who knows? I gave 2 stars for price alone because their customer service blows worse than a haboob. I wont be going back and I wont recommend to anyone. Maybe someone who owns this place will see this and want to stay in business and make personnel changes.

They sell bad bagged horse feed then good luck getting a refund I spent $ 514.28 on a pallate of alfalfa cubes, it was all old and moldy and I still havent received a refund, getting the runaround, I am reporting them to BBB. I have to throw out 1600lbs of feed. This is outrageous. I called Standlee but they said and they send their products to a Tractor Supply distribution center in Casa Grande and to deal with Tractor Supply about this. I had also bought two bags of feed there one year ago that were white with mold. I will never give them my business again they are the worst company to deal with. This has been going on since I bought the feed May 15

We have lived in our home in the area for over 40 years, and we enjoying the Tractor Supply Store near us. We also have shopped there many times. I take walks many mornings in the neighborhood and I notice that the landscaping around the store is a disaster. On the east side of the store along the street I have to walk in the road because of a tree that is hanging over the sidewalk, in the area around the store I see broken bottles, tree limbs down on the ground from wind storms, and lots of trash and weeds. I would and and I am sure others would appreciate the landscaping kept up.

After calling six diffrent Pet Clubs, all of the employees that answered the phones had no idea what I was asking for, I called this Tractor Supply and got someone on the phone. The lady that answered the phone knew right away what I was asking for. She found what the eye antibiotics and let me know that she had them. I will be shopping here all the time from now on! When I call in or ask questions I know they will be answered. They have also always had the products that I am looking for.

I prefer this place over Shoppers. The staff works hard and is very polite. They are missing a star for not keeping up with the local feed prices. If #1 alfalfa is $13.99 every where in town, youll only get 80 pound bales with TSC versus the typical 100 pound bales youll find elsewhere.

Advertised a 5.5" by 10" trailer. $400 off but you get a gift card for Tractor Supply. What if you dont have a need for other Tractor Supply items. Kept me from buying a trailer from Tractor Supply. Will go somewhere else.

This store sells everything but groceries. They also have a discount vet on sites every weekend. Saved me a bunch of money to get my dogs up to date on their vacancies.

Prices seem to have gone up and you do not seem to carry enough stock in the chicken feed. I would like to see all flock pellets in a cheaper brand.
